Thanks for also mentioning that the gun was an unusual model and difficult to load. The ballistic expert that had to watch a UA-cam video to understand how to load this gun then showed the jury the weird way in which to insert the rounds, thus proving there's no way an average person could figure it out. A very interesting bit of circumstantial evidence in this case.

Thanks for also mentioning that the gun was an unusual model and difficult to load. The ballistic expert that had to watch a UA-cam video to understand how to load this gun then showed the jury the weird way in which to insert the rounds, thus proving there's no way an average person could figure it out. A very interesting bit of circumstantial evidence in this case.
