Watching Cooper/ Ogunbowale take the challenge to guard each other was👩🏽🍳💋
And Copper was the clear winner of that matchup. Next game.
The Mercury won by 104 & The Wings scored by 96.
That Mercury lose was a fluke & just dumb luck by The Fever. Kahleah Cooper, Natasha Cloud & Bec Allen basically sold out or took a dive in that game, these three women are usually high scoring consistent players who don't normally make mistakes on offense or Defense, they were playing very unusual & very suspect against The Fever. Taurasi was basically hurt & not herself in the game. Brittany Griner & Sophie Cunningham were the only two players who showed up on The mercury against The Fever on last Sunday. The Fever Rematch which is on July 12th will be payback for The Mercury.
I 💯 agree, The Mercury has beaten The Liberty, The Aces, The Lynx & The Storm ( who are currently the top teams ) this season. The Fever has never done that with any of the top teams yet. We will see with the rematch next friday.
Wouldn't go as far as "took a dive", but they did underperform against them. A lot of it was really bad defensive schemes.
Same thing i said but i put it on copper . I need to interrogate her because her game just didn't sit right with me that game. And the coach even put a much slower player on clark at times in that game. You should never do that.
@@rarerock5020 Cooper went 3/15 in that GAME which is insane against a Below .500 team whose Guards really don't defend that well. You are right as well about who should defend Whom.
The WNBA is a business/entertainment/sport in that order. Money talks integrity walks. They have hyped Boston and Clark from day one. They MUST produce! LA Lakers - NBA - copy paste - WNBA - Indiana Fever.

if u look @ this team on paper they should have so many more wins. 2 all-w (1 of which is clearly 1st team in copper), dinosaur DT still still gettin ya bout 15-18 a night, cloud has always been a problem in the pick & sophie is 1 of the best shooters udk. offensively they so explosive but nobody on the roster stops a nosebleed. they could f&&k up MIN, LV & NY's chances @ full health if they jus figure out consisency on that end
