I would interpret that to be through scripture. God's word displays the heartbeat/life of God. His words are God-breathed like Apostle Paul said in 2 Tim 3. We also hear Him speak through His word. So every time we open God's word, we are confronted with the LIFE and WORDS of God. I don't know if that's what she means, but this is how I'd interpret it😊
