Few weeks ago I began using the propane blow torch, unlit of course, on a 20pull to start arctic cat 74 panther. It started right up 3 pulls, I use it almost daily now to check the mail because it now starts 2nd pull, no propane help needed. That idea I got from your comment section. ❤
I'll be on the watch now to make sure that this don't happen again with my videos. This happened once before it one of my other videos. I enjoy both of your channels thank you by the video
I’ve thought about installing a primer in the past but doesn’t look like they’re made with good quality gas-resistant valves - I’ll stick to starting fluid when needed - thanks so much Cecil you’re a wealth of knowledge my good man - cheers
I got a in-line filter from Canadian tire and with in 4 months the fuel melted the plastic filter and nearly set the truck on fire. It’s hard to fine good filters and fuel hose now.. it’s all turn to mush or solid and a rock..
Hello Bob..I wish that was all it is. When a primer starts pushing and pulling fuel out of the same line it is not the O ring. It's the valve inside, the rubber is starting to get hard and has probably cracked. Here's a video I made that will help you understand how these primers work..this will keep you from giving folks false advice. ua-cam.com/video/2SMYb4MpEXs/v-deo.html Cheers!
Hello Joe. The Ski doo Alpines of this year were never built with oil injection systems. But on machines where the oil injection pump is on the recoil I just remove the square plastic drive shaft then plug the oil line at the engine. Thanks again. You have a great day. Cheers!
Hello. #1( use low ash oil ) #2 ( oil a new primer before you use it..conditions the O rings ) #3 ( Fill your primer with mix oil before you park your snowmobile in the spring..the O ring and rubber valve won't dry out over the off season) There were a few more in the video. Cheers!

You didn't even have to blow in the tank to get the fuel up to the primer 👍

Do you keep the oil injection system on the 1980 ski doo ? It is attached to end of the recoil,
