GO HARD - OC1 Time Trials at Foster City on a Draco

It was going to be stormy, but turned out to be calm during the time trial.
400m time trials, one-sided with a Burnwater 360 dragonboat paddle.
Geared up with Talis Crew and waxed up with Kwok Sauce for that anti-slip.
Focused on keeping rate high with good grab in the water.
Super low water levels, so it was a shallower-than-usual course. ≈2:02 for 400m, so about a low 2:30 pace... lots more work to do...

Very nice! I was expecting you to settle into a slower stroke rate, but you kept on it all the way through. Really, really, nice. You've done some serious cardio work to keep that pace!

I unfortunately don't have that stat... 400m / 122s = 3.28m/s. My stroke rate looks to be about 75spm?
