The Woodlawn Cemetery: A National Historic Landmark

The Woodlawn Cemetery, located in the heart of the Bronx, was designated a National Historic Landmark by the National Park Service in 2011.

My great grandmother, my grandparents, my uncles and my god father are buried here. I’m amazed how important Woodlawn really is.
