What do you guys think about the apartment? Check out some of my other videos! Here is a video comparing each of the iPhone 12 Pro colors! ua-cam.com/video/ZA3XkGZ2mZ8/v-deo.html
I worked at that apartment building when it first opened. The one bedroom next to his is similar but has the double sink and a full size laundry room. From the 30th floor up he could get a gas stove. He can transfer and get everything he wants 🙂. This building is one of the best in DTLA. Lucky him😄👍
I live two blocks away in a in an old hotel building. The street noise is cruel torture! Sirens, engines, construction, protests, fireworks, music, insane homeless people screaming, motorcycles and muscle cars that set off car alarms from their decibels, etc.
Happy you enjoyed it! It kind of depends on the location facing and the height. I will say that once you close doors and windows you cannot hear anything. I never heard neighbors on the sides or above. The apartment is built very well and I think it's the best option in DTLA
I JUST signed a lease for the same amount in rent for a 2bd/2bath - 1200 sq feet w/in unit washer/dryer, NICE balcony with DTLA views, Starbucks below, 24hr security in lobby, NICE hallways, etc and security fob for front door and elevator AND the grocery store is literally across the street which was a plus not too mention I get 2 parking spaces WITH plenty of guest parking and it came with NEW furniture/beds w/a 5 yr warranty....I'm a happy camper...been wanting a DTLA apartment for a long time and stumbled on a diamond....Please take note that I rigorously sought for 4-5months.....and that no popular city is safe…the suburbs and residential areas (which I’ve lived in LA for 20 years plus) has there fair share of crime too..trust… you just have to know how to navigate the areas smartly
Thanks for the tour of your apartment. I didn’t realize what a cool view you had until the end. I bet it’s absolutely amazing at night. Cool beard by the way.
3500 is ridiculous. I thought it would be in the 2k range. Im from LA and want to live in A high rise in La, but I can’t get the nerve to pay that much.
I've lost so much, I've learned to save. I'm sure you can find a bigger apt in the same area for around $2,500? Parking sounds nice, but what are the other amenities? Heated pool? Gym on premise?
What do you do for work? I saw your herman miller embody, I'm guessing something to do with tech working from home? Excellent video inspires me to make more money.
I agree with the keyfob tip! I used to live in the same bldg. I love the Starbucks downstairs and the swimming pool! It is the biggest in DTLA residential bldg. 👍
Respected Sir.. You have given such great information with Dept details everything about the house. i like the way you explained everything learned lot of good thinks honestly speaking you explain better than other "REAL ESTATE BROKER" you should be REALTER!!!
How wide is your couch? I'm actually moving into this same floor plan at Atelier + weighing whether or not to ditch my dining table! Agree that it may not fit in the space without it being too crowded
The sofa is 80” wide. I think you can squeeze a small table but may be tight. The counter is so big that not having a dining table was no issue. You will love the building!
I’m looking for apartment downtown la because I want to by my doctor office and the hospital 🏥 I’m on sec8 I do know that the new apartment take sec8 and I’m looking into it now
Anyone who lives in Los Angeles knows that the downtown area looks horrible in spotted areas. You go through nasty streets to get to a 3500 apartment. Buy a house for goodness sake!
One museum square has a problem...the parking structure..why built next to a TAR PIT...IS NOT GOING TO HOLD FOR TO LONG.. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, GO SEE FIR YOURSELF...LOOK AT THE WALL IN THE LOWER PARKING STRUCTURE...IS LEAKING TAR OIL..THAT IS BAD NEWS IN THE LONG RUN....
Thought that London was mental with its property prices, but... $3,500 for a 1 bed flat in downtown LA, with the increasingly rise of homeless people on your doorsteps?? Utterly barking mad.
Lovely apartment! How do you like living in downtown LA as a neighborhood? I live in the NoHo arts district but now that I can afford a little more I’ve been looking at downtown!
Thank you! It’s a really nice apartment. I really enjoy the building but unfortunately covid has had a pretty negative impact on all the things I liked about DTLA. I am just not sure how long it will take to get back to that point

For anybody wondering, this is Atelier Apartments

The soundproofing impressed me the most and is the #1 thing I look for. I am in LA and can hear neighbors on top, bottom and both sides.

Ok the kitchen & view makeup for the closet & small bathroom sink
Very true!
Do you mind saying which complex this is ? I'm looking for apartments in DTLA and really like this unit/layout!
Bro. Really like ur video, what's the noise level of this apartment? Plan to choose from this and Park fifth

What building is this
I’m thinking about moving DTLA always wanted a high rise apartment
You remind me of Scott Disick. Anyways great video!!!!!!
I have been told that before 😂 Happy you enjoyed the video!
What year was the apartment building built?
Thanks for the tour of your apartment. I didn’t realize what a cool view you had until the end. I bet it’s absolutely amazing at night. Cool beard by the way.
Nice digs. What building is this may I ask ?
It is called Atelier Apartments
I've been looking for DTLA apartments online the past couple weeks, is this the Atelier apartments?
Oh nice! Yes it is!

I’m in software sales. The chair is amazing and will be doing a review on it shortly!

🤩
This was great, thanks!!
Nice!!!!!! LA such a beautiful city!!!!!
Hello, thank you for making this video. Have the prices dropped a little with the pandemic or is it about the same?
I don't think that prices dropped that much but they have been more willing to offer incentives on 12 month leases
The apartment is just really gorgeous. 👌❤
Thank you 😀
@@JameyKocan oh yeah
what building is this apartment in?im planning to move to LA soon
Atelier Apartments
@@JameyKocan tysm!

Great video! I’m moving to LA and this was very thorough and helpful. Thanks!
Happy it was helpful! Good luck with the move 😀
hey, you live in metropolis right! how are the different amenities there and is it safe there and can you also pls show me the parking spot.
It's actually Atelier not Metropolis!

how much is the estimated price of this apartment?
Roughly $3,500 USD per month
Very nice apartment. Omg I absolutely love the view!!
Thank you! Yea the view is crazy nice!
Love your style and the videos you made. May I also know if you work out regularly to stay so fit as you are? will you share your fitness tips?
Thank you! I do try to work out consistently. I can do a few fitness related videos if that would be helpful 😀
@@JameyKocan I look forward to that.
Best apartment review of all time
Happy you liked it 😀
@@JameyKocan you should tour the amenities
Come to Los Angeles and you can rent 1-3 Bed room at $680 - 1050 at Burbank we have apartment available for you.
I’m looking for apartment downtown la because I want to by my doctor office and the hospital 🏥 I’m on sec8 I do know that the new apartment take sec8 and I’m looking into it now

Did you find anything ?

you are good at this thing. keep pumping out videos.
Thank you! Don’t worry, they’re coming!

Would you say that the price is still worth it ? I'm really surprised by sqft
Once things are back to normal I think it is more bearable but not when you don’t have access to all of the amenities
The parking lot is breaking down with OIL TAR...THEY BUILT NEXT TO A TAR PIT....
it’s like you hate your entire apartment 💀 you said sooo many things about things you don’t like , but then you quickly said “it’s convenient tho”
Hey.... I am jealous of your apartment 😀
It is very nice but I wouldn’t be jealous of the rent 😂
@@JameyKocan right! Right now i am pay about 30 Dollars of rent every month excluding various bills :)
Wow!
I love your place!
Also nice camera work!
Yeah with that price here in Texas your paying for a big 2 story house with a garage and some land. No joke.....
It’s so crazy. No state income tax doesn’t hurt as well
Nice place, but I agree. An electric stove would be a deal-breaker for me too.
Not ideal
Gives me jeff wittek vibes
Hopefully those are good vibes 😀
@@JameyKocan of course✌🏽 and do you think moving to LA right after college is a good move? Im a IT major so ik the jobs r plenty and good paying
It really depends. Los Angeles is an expensive city all around so I would probably try to have a job lined up prior to moving
No Place Like LA❤️
House are getting cheaper...I won't pay this much...I will invest on a House...
Paying for some thing that is not yours....
Thought that London was mental with its property prices, but... $3,500 for a 1 bed flat in downtown LA, with the increasingly rise of homeless people on your doorsteps?? Utterly barking mad.
It is super pricy but LA as a whole is. DTLA does have homeless issues but I think what is portrayed on the news is the worst parts.
Lovely apartment! How do you like living in downtown LA as a neighborhood? I live in the NoHo arts district but now that I can afford a little more I’ve been looking at downtown!

You seem to have a lot of complaints. Why did you even pick this place?
I wouldn't say that I had a lot of complaints. I just pointed out things I learned after living there for 2 years
If I spend that much, I will get a mortgage....not interested..
Why are you renting?
Planning on buying a house but the market is so competitive right now
It’s gorgeous ❣️
dudde people spend this much in downtown man? maybe a hotel level stuff only...
Dude how do you afford this?!?!?
I have 10 roommates 😂😂
Jamey Kocan wait are you being serious?!🤣
Hahaha! Def not!!
Get a house.
Okay but what do you do for a living to afford that?? 🥴🤣
🤩
swanky pad there sir
Thank you!
I'd rather buy a house ! Hard to see that kinda of money just disappear ouch !
I agree! It just takes a bit to save up for a 20% downpayment with the prices of homes out here in LA
Very true! I lived in a nice apartment in Irvine lots of perks but I split it with 2 other people nice to live alone 👍🏻
Dig the modern, clean look...but I am vicariously pained by that $3500/mo price tag. Lol
I agree! What’s even worse is that this is the cheapest apartment I have l lived in since moving to LA
DUDE.. AMAZING SOCKED FEET..😍😍😍😍.. your girlfriend is so lucky.
I thought $5000
I would suggest more apartment and less you. Otherwise, great video
u have such good skin may I ask if you've had anything done like botox?
Appreciate the compliment! No Botox, just daily moisturizing 😀
DTLA is the most unsafe neighborhood to live in across all of LA
Not true. It also depends what area of DTLA you're referring to. DTLA has never been more residential friendly in the last 100 years as it is today.
@@theexmann agreed!
Is it really tho

3500불이면 비싸다.
