However, Mook rapped pretty well, had soem classic moments, and the 3rd round ending (although staged) was a great piece of theater.

If Diz battled as often as Mook does, he would most definitely have classics all the time, he would be the best MF ever, you would have that DNA Diz, or Iron Diz in every battle.. Mook battles once every five years and still isnt that good, Diz battles often and has more memorable performances, Mook is overrated as hell.

people get mad about diz's reactions, which i get, but to be fair, diz has to live with often being "ranked" by individuals BELOW mook. I live on the east coast and can confirm that plenty of fools think mook is both a legend and a god of batte rap.
But he just factually hasn't put the work in, on-cam, in any recent years. Diz walks across the globe, stepping into the ring with pretty much any challengers. Mook just chills with his people and tries to swag on people. He's a dope battle rapper for sure, but he doesn't put the work in to be considered more than that, in a rational viewpoint.
Altho it would be cool if diz just paused the video once, laid out his point of view in an orderly fashion, in his own words, and then proceeded to not stray into "bitching" territory at some points...

CancerInc my guess is cus he so affiliated with Kotd it wouldn't be as interesting to him and it wouldn't get me (a URL fan to really watch) to watch. And I'm guessing it's introducing you (a Kotd fan) to a classic Smack battle.
RUIN YOUR DAY Keep putting Diz on. He's the only battle rapper that's brave enough to question the true outcome of historical battles like this. This is one of the many reasons people have respect for Diz, his stance on anything that would be deemed unpopular is his courage! Mook gets an undeserved title, it's true. How can we declare a non fighting champion? A champion defends his title for those deemed worthy and there are plenty of worthy contenders, with Diz on the top 3. Battle rap community needs to stop giving Mook a pass and pressure him into battling. If guys like you keep praising him for doing little to none, that will give him the liberty to avoid having to battle at all. He knows he's going to eventually lose!!
Truth. Serius clearly won. It's battles like this that changed battle rap for the better. It's no longer about who won in the building, since crowds be gassing too much, it's about who won on cam.

You guys talk a little bit too much during the rounds. My favorite line from Serius in the whole battle was, "I keep it real, you don't even keep it realistic" and you can't hear a thing with all of you talkin and there was no rewind on that!!!! That entire round + that setup was so crazy and unbelievable especially for how long ago it was. Serius is definitely one of the greatest to ever do it. FACTS. Love it though, keep these comin! Do HighCollide vs ATM LOL! That battle is fucking hilarious, epic vintage grindtime battle.
Disaster was coming off as a hater where he should have been "critical" in his observation... State the facts and leave out his personal opinion on the battler.. However.. Disaster was correct 90% of the time ... Mook had some heat but wasn't that impressive ... His energy and the hyaenas behind him made that room feel ALIVE especially with those "dot on ya...dot on ya..."
The battle ended with the highest energy possible and with gun bars.. Which at that time was "better" if you were a "real" one.
