He didn't steal anything, so who says he was there for a robbery? He could've just wanted to kill her for some reason, with no reason to kill the others. Idk all the details of the case, but if all they had was the testimony of the two criminals looking to lower their sentence, he should not have been convicted. You're supposed to need actual evidence to give someone life in prison

    • @jasongibbs3713

Or he could've just had a grudge against women, and killed her for that reason. There's other possibilities as well... and again, robbery wasn't the motive so your premise is faulty to begin with

I'd rather the one that orchestrated it be behind bars than some down on their luck, struggling, doing what they felt they had to do to survive, trigger man. He didn't 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵/𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘩 anyone dead; her husband did. Her husband that solemnly pledged an undying love and commitment, created children and a life with her. Besides, the man that pulled the trigger didn't have a fully developed frontal lobe, was in a desperate position, so it's really f*cked up that he took advantage of that.

Dear Do it live: You are laboring under the delusion that the Legal System is about Justice. It's really about just getting Convictions. Period. This case got the DA 3 Convictions instead of 2 convictions. That\s what is important to Cops and DA's. The sentences aren't what's important. It's all about the Number of Convictions. The Legal System is a Convictions Factory. Actual Guilt or Innocence is irrelevant to Police and DA's. It's all about whether they have enough "evidence": to convince a typical gullible juror to vote "guilty". It's not about "justice". It's not about the length of the sentences. It's just about getting as many convictions as possible, because they have a Production Quota at the Convictions Factory we call the Criminal Justice System.

What's worse is church is meant to be a "safe place" which then renders most Christians to have their guard down. The devil knows what we know and honestly even more than we know. This guy knows SCRIPTURE! Same guy who was trying to tell God's own son about His own Father. Imagine the logic of trying to decieve Christ when He IS God? Satan is unhinged. And if he can have the audacity to tempt God's only begotten Son then what more us regular folk not born of the Holy Spirit? The devil knows exactly what traps to set and how to get us to fall for them. Discernment is an extremely extremely powerful tool that God has gifted us with. No matter the environment, always test the spirit. Before you allow ANYBODY into your life, test their spirit and make sure they're God-sent. Beyond testing the spirit, practice obedience. No point testing the spirit if you'll just ignore the red flags. A lack of discernment will literally lead to your death, exhibit this particular story and countless others🥺💔

So how is it exactly that they're supposed to convict the husband for orchestrating the murder then? I agree that the sentences they gave these 2 guys were a joke but without some sort of cooperation from them and their testimony, they would have no evidence to convict the husband at all and he'd walk away. You do realize that these deals are made for a reason and that reason is almost always to bring in the person who bears the most responsibility for the crime, right? Though in this case, I believe the husband and the guy who actually shot her are equally responsible. However, he most likely would have gotten life w/possible parole after 25 years and in Florida, plenty of murderers get parole after 25 years if there are no aggravating circumstances (kidnapping, rape, burglary, etc). This means for it to be a "deal", prosecutors had to beat 25 years. That's how they end up at 15.

@@lbu9542 it's horrible that I seem to watch a lot of true crime and it's ALLways these good kind women that destructive pathetic men seem to enjoy destroying. A insecure and self pitying man is what IV found most men that murder have in Common. Even if they project a air of confidence inside like ted Bundy , he seemed confident but he was really extremely insecure. I have been studying the reasons why men enjoy killing women and it's taken me a long time and IV read so much on criminal psychology and philosophy and psychology but i understand now completely. I was a herion addict at 15 and so I spent time in juvenile prisons and there was ALLways one in a juvenile prison that had killed his family and that was what got me into why they do it, because I found it so frightening but when I met the killers they were so boreing and pathetic and couldn't even look you in the eyes. And at 18 I got 4 years in adult prison and I met serial rapests and there was 2 serial killers one I was in my wing William McDonald the Sydney mutulater, he was the longest serving prisoner in my state, he stabbed to death 5 men and cut of the genitals and there he was in my wing at Cessnock prison in the medium security wing, he was like 75 years old. But I was at Maitland prison as well as many others and Ivan Milat was there not in my wing but it's all everyone spoke about. He was a really infamous AUSTRALIAN serial killer very dangerous man and he was huge then. This was 97/98/but he was reaching 48 and the muscles he had from working on the roads ,he had huge arms, and he stabbed men and women to death so guys wanted to bash him but we're aftraid. After he got older he was bashed. But I met and spoke to men that had killed there families, and again because of films and books they give a very inaccurate view of these men that do these crimes, there is absolutely nothing about them that is interesting but the behaviour of the crimes, they are not clever or smart or intellectual in any way, they don't even understand why they acted the way they did. They are weak in prison, except for Ivan Milat and that lasted only 7 years. They seem to have no personality and copy other inmates. They don't laugh and joke they are very....just boring. No mystech at all. The serial rapests were adrenaline junkies and they often had bank robberies as well they were more funny and very fit and most sex offenanders go into protection but I met two that had the same personalities that was outgoing, funny, insecure but had a very confident false personality and they were narcissistic they did weights and we're obsessed with there body's and they were huge and could fight and did fight a lot to be able to be in the mainstream. They were the only ones that were excepted by everyone because they both robbed banks and that was back then seen as a man's crime. A good thing that was respected. They were ALLways laughing and telling dirty stories. They even talked about women as sluts. One of them was having sex with a trans man. They seem to have a high sex drive and endless energy.but underneath they were insecure about there own sexaulailty and they had rough childhood s I assume one was sexauly abused because he bashed a pedophile allmost to death on the outside. There is one thing they all have in common, it's a intense fear of being rejected, abandoned, to be told by a woman they love that they are not good enough. This hurts them so intensly that they vow to never let a woman have that kind of power over them ever again, and worse they seek revenge for past real or perceived rejection or hulimilation. It's the insecure man that can't take being dropped. They have had mother's and father's that didn't care for them they were in Foster homes and juvenile prisons as young men. They never developed a sense of self, they were lost. And easily enraged at the first sign of rejection. A man fears being rejected by the one he loves more than he fears death. I think this is the core issue of the phenomenon of men that like to hurt women. To them, the women are as good as dead, because they put all there life's problems onto the woman and use her as a way to get some kind of payback and to them they feel it gives them power because in reality they are afraid of women, especially kind and loving confident beautiful women. They get those women because those are the kinds of they were normal they actually like. They are completely wrong, just like the Islamic jihadist that blows up a crowd of civilians in a suicide bomb think they are going to paradise. It's the same illogical thinking, magical Thinking. They project onto others what they most fear. They are bullies and they are weak. There is nothing at all interesting about them. They are like children in men's body's. Arrested development.

What type of person could go along with this? Imagine someone asking you to help them kill their pregnant wife. I'd call the police as soon as he leaves.

  • @kristiriley
    @kristiriley 2 роки тому +40

Wow.....that phone call to the insurance company was really telling, imo. "She didn't change it in time"
She didn't change it in time, for what Euri? What did that mean exactly? That line alone is very suspicious.
I feel like he had it set up with her brother there, to really hone in on the fact to say like, "Look, even her brother was there as a "witness", I didn't do this. I would never hurt my wife, See? Her brother was there".
But he underestimated the fact that bro-in-law would immediately recognize & remember Jovan, even though he tried to hide his appearance with a black shirt covering his face. He had just met him earlier in the day. Brother-in-law was not going to just lay there & wait. His sister & her kids were in potential danger. But Euri isn't doing anything to help. Suspish. I can only imagine what must've been running through the brother's mind during all of this. He's thinking, he recognizes the gunman as Euri's friend who he just met earlier. But Euri's telling him no, it's not him. Also Euri isn't fighting to save his family. While his brother-in-law is saying we gotta do something.
Plus the fact that she was asking for a divorce earlier on in the weeks or month before the murder. This is just all so sad. My heart broke when her brother tried to go at Euri in the courtroom. Then when he was apologizing, your could literally hear his voice shaking through the microphone.
    Like the family shirts say,
    Sleep in Peace Makeva! 🤍🕊🙏🏻

Soo glad she changed her life insurance policy! Joke was on him, she felt his spirit wasn’t right, but ain’t no way I am going to sleep next to someone that I feel is going to harm me. I would have left his ass with my children IMMEDIATELY!
I knew when this story first aired he did it. The sequence of events DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE and I’m from Florida and that husband of hers looks like the type of man most women in Florida try to avoid. The black and mild is indicative of that (pic of them in the black t-shirts). Most men with his disposition usually don’t have nothing and are not trying to get nothing. Then they latch on to a successful women, drain them dry, cheat on them and leave their heads spinning. I’m speaking on what I know. They have that con man type of vibe, slick, sneaky.
He should have just left her but he knew his lifestyle was going to change until he leached onto something else. Had that woman killed with HIS child inside of her😳. He got what he deserved.

I truly believe the husband had his wife killed while she was sleeping and her kids their kids was present. However the fact that they let those two killers get up there and lie truly bothers me. They want an conviction so bad that they let them get up there and change their testimonies several times. This could actually lead to them having to try this case all over or have the conviction thrown out. I believe he told them he'd pay them after he got the life insurance that he thought he had but didn't. But instead of being honest they can't tell if they got $1,500 or $10,000. Wow. Then can't remember how much u paid for a gun? Like how many guns have they bought that they can't remember. Also in order to convict the husband they literally mad a deal with 2 demons. This was horrible in every way. I think the prosecutor cases need to be looked at because if their willing to go this far to get a conviction then I can only imagine they've had other ppl that they assumed was guilty so they made the evidence fit even if they didn't actually have any. We want justice but u have to have clean hands. If everyone hands are dirty then that's how we run into issues like this. Fight fair.

This looks like a pretty piss poor prosecution. The two that got off of the slap on the wrist or less had all kinds of motivation to lie. But there's another thing that I'm curious about, in some states you can't convict someone involved in a conspiracy just on the word of the co-conspirators. I wonder if that's why they charged him with murder and not conspiracy to commit murder.
