Transforming Leadership: Miami Herbert’s One-Week Innovation Program for U.S. Army Leaders

Miami Herbert’s Innovation program is a one-week highly customized program designed for 60 U.S. Army leaders within the U.S. Department of Defense. The competencies focused on three pillars: innovation, influence, and impact. Sessions were facilitated by prominent University of Miami faculty and focused on data-driven organization, influence, and high-performance teams, creating a growth mindset, and change management. Army leaders were encouraged to interact with one another during simulations and workshops with the purpose of collaboration and identifying new ways of thinking related to their daily leadership roles.
