Glad you had a Happy Birthday. I hope this isn't TMI but in regards to periods happening when least expected. Mine suddenly stopped at 29. The when I was 38 I went on a four week holiday with my mother. We flew from Western Australia to Tasmania, my first time out of WA. Guess what came back, 3,000 kilometres from home. It was 6 am on a Sunday morning in Launceston and I had to wake a staff member at our hotel to ask where I could find a chemist. She gave some of her stuff (she was live in) and when the chemist opened at 9 am I bought a pile of stuff for me and her. At least it was only two days before we flew home. From then on until they completely stopped when I was 55 they were the WORST!!, PCOS IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT.
