Hi, everyone!
I’ve watched a lot of iPad unboxing videos before getting mine so I thought why not film a video unboxing my new iPad 8th Gen 2020 & Apple Pencil Gen 1 + Accessories.
My iPad is Space Grey 128GB Wifi Only and I got it from Switch in Shopee. All the descriptions of my purchases are linked down below. I bought my iPad in hurry because my Macbook Pro is in repair however I love this purchase and plan to do a lot of digital journalling, video edits & writing. I want to learn art too if it’s possible :D

the nib cover is for when you finish used the pen, so tha it doesn't get finger prints on it, because if it has A LOT of prints, it's gunna get damaged, yeah so the nib cover is not for drawing
No. The nib cover can be used for drawing. But the one she bought is cheaper that's why it doesn't work. You can watch this video from James Julier Art Tutorial he explain about the tip cover.

When you pulled off the charging cap from the Apple Pencil with the case on, doesn’t that little strap from the case stretch out or even break?
It still good for me and doesn't stretch at all because I don't have to pull that much to charge my Pencil.

Hi! You won’t get the educational discount that apple has when you buy one at they’re physical stores, they’re own store or a reseller store like switch. You only get it when you order one from they’re website.

Owh yes after using it a few months, I had the same problem like yours! It always slide off when I’m taking notes so I don’t use it anymore. The purple one is good so far.

Thanks for watching ☺️ and honestly I have yet to get use to using keyboard and mouse on iPad and rarely use them now that my Macbook is working well again. I prefer using my laptop for school work but using iPad as an alternative when you don’t have another option is good too. I write notes on my iPad a lot though. It feels like writing on a real, hardcopy paper. 😊

well,she's a student and its over her budget plus the 8th generation is pretty and is cheap well not on amazon on best buy that's where I bought my iPad and on amazon I bought all my other stuff hope this helps!

I cannot afford an Ipad cuz I am too small for this but, I'll not tell my parents anything for this cuz I am 11 and my parents gave me a redmi phone 6/128 the day it was launched and I know due to covide what my family is suffering from and I am studying hard so I can do something for my family

Hi. I think it depends on the currency. I bought mine for 440 US dollars but in my currency, it’s around RM1849. This is also the price from the original store. So, basically the price that I paid is still the same if I buy it in the US. 😊🌷

Hi! For writing and drawing, the paperlike screen protector was very comfortable for me. But for watching movies, it wasn't that good plus it left so much fingerprints. I've already changed to a normal tempered glass now. :)

What does WiFi only mean
It means there is no slot for the simcard like in a smartphone so I can't use this iPad like a phone as well. You can buy Wifi + SIM iPad if you want to insert simcard in it :)
