if operating a gh15 approx 8-9 hours a day what would you consider to be fair amount of grease being used by auto greaser g025?

Depending on actual duty cycle of the hammer, you should use a tube about every 4 hours. So in this case, you should be consuming approximately 2 tubes of grease per day.
The most important thing is to observe a constant flow of grease down the hammer tool. If the tool is shiny, like metal to metal contact, then something needs adjusted on the greaser for additional output. Here is a link where you can find the hammer mounted autolube manual: www.npkce.com/publications/autolube-publications/. Reference page 51 for adjusting the throttle on the greaser to adjust the output of grease.
