How do I pre-condition the battery to get it to 80 degrees while charging without using the connect app, Connor? I tried pre-heat to 80F cabin and while charging from 75% to 82% it raised the battery temperature from 55-60, but that's all. How would I get it to 80?

As for preheating the cabin to your desired temperature, you can enable a charging timer in your charging menu to reach a certain battery percentage by a certain time and date, as well as set a particular temperature for the cabin so you have the ideal climate when you begin your journey. Hello Charles, When selecting the battery optimization, your Porsche Taycan will automatically determine the best temperature to be at when approaching a charger or being on the charger itself, thus the optimal temperature will depend on the individual environment. As for the cabin preheating/precooling, that is completely up to your personal preference! Feel free to ride in total comfort with your car set to your ideal climate settings.
