I believe that Brad is about to crush it in 2024 because he is at a real crossroad in life. It comes out in his interviews. You can tell he is in the middle of a big decision that will cause a pivot.

Prioritizing effective personal finance management holds greater significance than the sheer amount saved, irrespective of income source.

He appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran a GOOGLE search on his name and came across his website; thank you for sharing.

Great content as always from Brad. Regarding the other guy, he has a long way to go. First and foremost he has an ego problem. Second he is a horrible listener. He's got one of the best in the room spitting gold and he keeps interrupting hoping he has a proper answer to look cool to Brad. We all see it, and Brad sure as hell does. Kudos to Brad for maintaining professionalism and continuing to educate without flipping the table.

This other guy made a horrible interview. If you are with Brad ask good questions. Guy talks like he knows it all and always interrupts Brad. Why would you schedule time with Brad if you know it all.

I'm not sure if I would scale that way. I would do wholesaling for 5 properties then hire 20 interns and pay them 20 an hour. This can be done remotely.

The kid is not ready or he is hiding why he really needs the money. He seems like he has a gambling debt needs to be paid. I'd take the 500 grand and build up 5 businesses that I just bought from "mom or pop business that had success" this boy would be hearing crickets or insults about " maybe some day unusep get into the borrowing five hundred thousand dollar business " as soon as he didn't have a real business plan or even a good idea. Is this your "brothers stepkids you are working with" or your girlfriend's nephew? Lol I can't believe I'm still listening

Wow. Spent 30k to get in the room with BL.... then wanted a half mill from BL.... so BL could put in the work to build him an 8 figure business.... show him how and why then hand over the tools and know how.... Sadly everyone can see it except the guy doing it, he's not a visionary or a doer.

Would it be beneficial to feed LSVT into chat gpt to generate more features benefits and value such as applicant screening? Could it be that easy now a days?
Instead of BL showing people how to do all that conceptually? Gpt might say management course, screening, etc we havnt even thought of yet.
Shoot me a demo I’ll see what I can do. I have a “Larry” 😂.

Brutal meeting. Thought old BL was giving him $500k to wing it. Maybe broseph can sell and script and train, but you can’t be an entrepreneur without being quick on the draw on math. Or you can but it’s much harder. You need that skill to quickly evaluate opportunities and idea for viability. Maybe start with multiplication flag cards.
If the guy was that great of a salesmen and entrepreneur he would have sold Brad, kept his cool, asked questions to drive his sale, had a plan B, or seen the opportunity offered and figured a way to make money from the meeting.
    💣💥💨
I’ve built call centers on nothing. First one was $400 office, white pages phone book, and 3 guys. Profitable week 2. Pay your guys biweelky with a week in the rear and you have plenty of time to sell and close.
