Love to you from down south, my friend. I'm from New Mexico, and as soon as my foot is sufficiently healed, I'm going for a walk along the Rio Grande to collect a wheelbarrow's worth of plastic. At some point, I'll invite a few family & friends to join me. Eventually, maybe we can convince Alex & Crew to come inland to help us learn exactly how to do it right!
Thank you very much. About 2 weeks ago, I listened to a Doctor, a Physicians to be precise talk about the impacts of (very small) plastics on human health. It's easy to imagine similar on other creatures. She also talked about the plastics we inhale in cities, a lot of it being tire particles. Synthetic rubber is plastic. Like the rest, natural rubber is getting rare and is reserved for some specific products.
I love what you do to get our beaches clean. Thank you. Also, I appreciate your explanations on getting boat in and out of water safely. Keep up the great work. I amin Oregon. I pick up trash often.
You guys deserve all the love and more! Thank you for everything you do, including that you inspire us to think about what we can do. I know it's more complex than this, but since I was a mermaid in another lifetime, I'll say: Yay, fishies!
been following your channel now for a while, seeing work done in Bali and Phillipines, and this is the first time I'm seeing you in Florida-we have a Tampa home near the airport, with water access, and what I love about you is that you're not afraid to get dirty and do what needs to be done to keep the beaches clean. Your work really truly needs to be funded by American and international agencies so you can keep doing what you're doing, and on a bigger scale, 100, 1000x! Keep going! Cheering you on from Toronto.
Your positive vibes are just another reason we're so motivated to have the biggest impact possible. We really can't do this without passionate individuals like you, so thank you! 💙
I challenge you to come up with a way to secure the bag at your waist or something to that effect so you can always be picking with two hands. So much more efficient
Really enjoyed this full security training and port etiquette! So interesting! Would love to see videos about more data (how 4ocean started, how many employees you employ, in which and how many countries, how are you planning to grow, what influence you've seen from the local government where your teams are operating...) You are one of my favorites organizations and every new video add such joy into my day! Shoutout to every one of your cleaning crews! You are amazing!
We really appreciate your support! It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed it and we love that you want to learn more about our journey. You can explore more about us at 4ocean.com Thanks for cheering us on! 🌊💙
There needs to be an army of retired folks getting out there to help clean. Like you said, it’s therapeutic, it gets people out and productive. It allows people to get some exercise and to socialize….. what’s not to like about this idea.
I'd love to see you and your team get more gear to help clean more efficiently! If a company could donate grabbers and sticks for you and your team to pick up stuff and not have to touch it and get chemicals on you or get pricked by anything as well as not having to bend over as much will also preserve YOU and your own health!
You and everyone on your crew should be canonized ae saints. Such dedication. Commenting from Dallas. Do you have work for a 59 year old male? Would like to be a part of your vision. Peace
It’s inspiring to see people from all over the world wanting to be part of our mission! You can learn more about available positions and apply now by visiting the Careers page on our website at 4ocean.com. We’d love to have you join the team! 🙂💙
I been trying to find somebody that can jump into the mangroves from the water side ... And clean up the plastic water bottles and soda can and paper or plastic bags ... On Allen's Creek.... Specially around the bridges on US HWY 19 Clearwater, Fl. I see a lot of trash floating down on the out going tide ... Some times I hook a few pieces and put them in the trash or dumpsters that are open.... Trash doesn't belong in the saltwater... Because it breaks down and ends up inside the stomach of a fish .... How much of that plastic is ending up inside your stomach ???
We’re working hard to expand as quickly as we can and at the moment, we’re focusing on the highest impacted areas with ease of entry for us. We’d love for everyone to continue using your voice and even host a local cleanup within your community to spread the word.
Saw a boat come off a trailer years ago on the freeway. That nose came up about 25 feet air then the boat fell and slide across all the lanes of traffic for a couple hundred feet before it stopped. Cars were careening out if its way. Bad day for that boat owner.
so sad to see how irresponsible we are as even a 3rd world country. We should find a way to reduce plastic/trash, or dispose of it so it isn't a thing somehow.
This Tony guy must be living in a nightmare.. you cant avoid scraches. You get it on all things when they are used. Cant avoid it. So dont worry about it. Worry about it, you get pissed every time. And that means getting pissed a thousand times. Insted of just dont give a F..about it.
hope youll grow as a company forever

You need to invent something that cleans Red tide.
