Big problem for Shida vs Matsuyama is there fighting spirit, their attitude towards the match. It’s like they always have fun while playing, too many redundant body language. Never being stable. With those skills, they should’ve won more

Great match, but what is with Shida and Matsuyama’s body language after every missed point? Instantly looking skyward and then even twirling their rackets smiling. They felt too playful and didn’t seem like they had the fire in their eyes
