- I hope you guys understand the message of this song. I hope you love yourselves just as much as I love you.
This is an original I just wrote because I'm going through a lot of criticisms with my weight loss journey BUT I STILL love myself. So I hope this inspires you to do the same.

This song brought me to tears.. I'm morbidly obese and I know self hate and my inner critic very well. Sometimes that inner critic is so loud, and so mean and nasty, that I forget to love myself anyway. This song really hits home for me. I am worthy. Thank you Anna, your voice is helping more then you'll ever know.
Just keep going! I know it seems hard now but just try and change your inner critic. Hang out with more positive people who love and care about you no matter what you look like and just keep going! You can get through this I believe in you. You are beautiful just the way you are don't change who you are
***** No offense but being morbidly obese has little to do with loving or not yourself anymore. Being overweight is unhealthy as being underweight is as well. Motivate yourself to stay as healthy as possible and you'll come to love yourself automatically.

Considering that people who always think they're sick start to get sick, and people who are healthy are automatically happier than people who are sick, I assume that it is obvious that being healthy can only help with being happy.
And "no offense" is a term invented to clarify that although what follows could be taken as an offense, it is not meant to be offensive. Of course if anyone has set his mind to take everything offensive, than of course everytime he or she hears "no offense" he or she will be offended.

For me, this video is how I feel about myself regarding my anxiety disorder. It's been far too long that I have let it be my bully, my critic. I let it make feel like I can't do anything because I'm too weak and can't handle it. So I bury myself into this hole that is my comfort zone. It clogs my mind every day and I just want to accept who I am and not have to say "I can't cause I have anxiety". Just how a hater or bully can make you feel someway about yourself, or define you, anxiety does the same thing to me. But I'm fighting back now. Shots fired anxiety. Bring it on 👊

2019 and I still love this song I've been diagnosed with a illness called lipodema this year which causes me to be bigger than other people but I embrace it because this is who I am 🤩💜

It doesn't matter whether you're, over weight, underweight, tall or short...you should learn to love yourself for who you are, and for what's inside...although it is easier said then done, I have psoriasis (a skin condition), and for over 10 years I've struggled to have love for myself, tbh, I still struggle to this day.
Everyday there's something in my mind, a little voice that tells me I'm ugly, I'm this, I'm that, it is something I battle with each and every day if my life.....the reason I don't give up is that, as each day goes by, and I wake to another, I realise I'm beautiful, you're beautiful, and that we are all beautiful in our own way!!
We all deserve to be loved, but first we got to have love for ourselves!!
I come back every year to listen to this beautiful song and message. Be who you are!
I am so proud of Anna and James. They are so perfect together. No one is perfect, but I think she is, no matter what she thinks her flaws are. She is beautiful. We need more people to see what I see. People now a days, they try to bring everyone down. People think they aren't worth it, that they don't matter. But everyone out there matters. You matter. I've been struggling for the past few months, I lost my dad, 2.20.15 and it's the hardest thing I've ever been through. I bring myself down constantly. I haven't had a high moment in a while. But I know I'm not alone. I know there are people like me out there struggling. You aren't alone, stay strong.

This song...lately I've been hating my gut so much. I see every imperfection on myself. And none on other people. Anxiety also makes me relate so hard. We're our biggest critic. So to any guys or girls anyone in general. Whom hates themselves, who sees all your own imperfections. I love this song so much and I wish more women in general cold see their beauty, I think society i.e. fashion mags, music vids, movies, peers, clothing department stores, puts way to much pressure on females try to be something they are not, so they submit to it and in all reality become fake and, women should be loved for who they are, I just couldn't imagine what that must feel like for a woman, so thank you for singing about the subject....all of s genuine men out here really don't want all of that because it becomes baggage and ultimately makes woman "high maintenance", we just a woman to be able to love herself so it is easy for us to show her we love her! Honestly, I'm 17 and for the last three years I've been in and out of depression and some days just hit me harder then others. I have scars from where i previously self harmed and i struggle with self harm, and Id like you to know you're an inspiration and I want to be an actor but i'm nervous to even share that with people. I assumed I couldn't do it due to my scars, and how my depression hits me, i thought "it'll effect the process so i'm not good enough there's others who can do it" but after seeing everything you've accomplished it inspires me and I've already started looking into different choices. Thank you for being an Inspiration to me and Sharing your story especially considering the anxiety of sharing everything you've shared. I Find a way to relate to all of your songs and I'm Thankful for your existence. thank you for inspiring me.
