I just love crispy paper dosas
But I won’t even attempt it because I am sure mine will not come that good
It was really a pleasure watching you do so
Looking at them I feel I have eaten it
I also make bread rolls same type but on cylindrical shape
I also put little salt in the water in which you soak the bread as it gives taste to the bread
You can try next time n see if you like this idea
Just a suggestion of what I do....
