The dub voice actor for Nimaya was spot on, haha! This would definetly be a interesting fight.
The winners of Bleach fights are ultimately based on who has the most reiatsu/energy. If you have enough personal spiritual pressure, you can negate or blunt the power of enemy attacks.
While the Royal Guard have very exotic abilities, none of them (except maybe Ichibei) have displayed spiritual pressure that is greater than Captain Yamamoto.
Proof that fights are based on reiatsu/energy?

Interesting idea. I have not watched the enterity of the video yet. However, firstly, I will formulate my own view about this battle. Genryusai know very well who his opponent will be. Nimaiya knows it too. As a Zanpaktou creator he must have a zanpaktou at his disposal that could probably seal, steal or alter Riujin Jakka or Zanka no Tachi. After all, he is their creator. So basically, the use of Zanjutsu is out of the question for Yamamoto. Moreover, another disadvantage for the Yama-ji is that Nimaiya can make use of any Zanpaktou that he wants.
If you look from this perspective one would think Yamamoto gets L-ed pretty fast. However, in the arsenal of a Shinigami there are 4 styles, in Yama's case only 3 left: hakuda, hohou and Kidou, at which one could say Yamamoto is at peak level. My personal belief is that Yama-ji has a higher degree of spiritual pressure than Nimaiya thus, making him more proficient in the usage of the 3 remaining styles.
In my humble opinion the battle will go down this way: As Yamamoto makes his way to Nimaiya, Ryujin Jakka gets sealed/unusable or has error 404. Then Nimaiya makes use of Sayafushi to try and cut down the old man, as one hit brings with it one kill. Being a proficient and gifted soul reaper himself with a godly fast flash step Yama-ji gets behind Nimaiya and performs Sokotsu which sends the zanpaktou creator flying in a nearby shrine. Yama knows this just bought himself some time, time which he uses in order to set up a kidou trap. Nimayia having a really well fleshed out pre-initiative can sense that the old man is setting something up. Hence, he dumps Sayafushi and tries to use Ikomidomoe but to no avail, the hollow refusing to answer to his request. Being the master of the zanpaktou he goes in the inner world of Ikomidomoe to bargain with the hollow, like Dr strange with Dormamu. He reminds the hollow that once upon a time he fought a young yamamoto, battle which he narrowly won, to which Ikomidomoe feeling the overwhelming power of the old man in the vecinity is eager now to get free from the clutches of the zanpaktou with the one condition that he would be the one who kills and eats Yamamoto. Reluctantly, Nimaiya accepts the deal, while displaying a cunning grin. In the meantime, Yamamoto feels an incredible hollow reiatsu that covers up the entirity of the royal palace area. Instinctively, he gets the shivers following them are the memories of a lost battle from his youth. Undoing the Kido spell he jumps over to the hollow to beat it into submission. The two titans fight to settle once and for all who is the strongest in bare hand fighting. Nimaiya being a calculated man is watching from a distance the battle unfold. He realises that the hollow which was supposed to kill Yamamoto becomes less and less powerful as the old, strengthened fists of Yama pound and weaken the core of the hollow. Nimaiya fearing the imbalance of the worlds' souls that would arise with the hollow's death decides to be swift and firm with killing a berserker Yamamoto and sealing a weakened hollow. In the meantime, as Yamamoto prepares to deliver the finishing blow to the hollow, Niymaia chants his sealing words for the hollow. As the hollow is being teleported into the zanpaktou, with the his fastest shunpo, Nimaiya cuts Yamamoto in half with Sayafushi. The body of the old man falls down in two pieces. Yamamoto with his final strength summons an Itto Kasso hado which uses up his entire body. After the most massive Itto Kasso up until now, the overwhelming reiatsu ceases to exist, yamamoto and Nimaiya having been vaporized.
From far away, the monk speaks Nimaiya's name to which he is spawned back in his palace... Yeah, Nimaiya wins! :)))))

so yama would win but oetsu could use tricks to beat yamaji by getting rid of his abilities. just like every other opponent.😊
This one will be interesting given both are exceptionally powerful and lethally skilled in their specific art of fighting with who knows how much experience in their time. Yamamoto has the power to incinerate the universe if he wanted to yet Oetsu is a surgical precision striker. It might end in mutual death. What makes Oetsu so likable is that he knows what he's supposed to do in battle, he does not hide behind pretenses of honor or knowing an opponents identity. All he sees is a target to be swiftly eliminated.

It’s already been stated one member of Zero Squad is stronger than the Gotei. Honestly only 2 members are that Ichibe and Nimaya. Not to mention Nimaya would have all info on Ryujin Jaaka and Zanka no Tachi, and Nimaya has years of experience on Yama.

Just because Nimaiya is old doesn't mean he is the most powerful.
Based on the feats shown, the only one in the Royal Guard who can seriously threaten Yamamoto is Ichibei. And even then I doubt Ichibei could walk away from that fight without seriously being injured.

@@shihoblade he doesn't take all the power of the person he sacrifices, unless they have a scripht that's the reason he made them in the first place to get more power from sacrificing them. That misconception is the weirdest thing in the bleach community because it's right in front of everybody's faces.
Yamamoto is to Ichibei what Kyoraku is to Yamamoto in terms of strength.
@@asura3229It literally says he does in the chapter where it showed Yhwach as a baby and explained what he does, as well as when Jugram explained it to Uryu. Everyone who Yhwach’s soul touched gets all their powers, abilities, experiences and knowledge absorbed by Yhwach upon their death
I feel like oetsu wins if he can blitz yama and one shit him. If yama goes bankai I doubt oetsu could take him(with his current showings)

I think nimaiya shikai is that one hit one kill abilities but his bankai is still unknown. Just like the spring water healing guy, maybe his zanpaktou shikai is to summon and control that healing water.
I think Oetsu wins by physical feats, his sword hax and implications. We know physical stat wise, Yama while rage amped and bloodlusted is on par with Royd in terms of physical stats. His physical strength + Shikai heat barely got through Royd’s blut, Royd could physical overpower and cut down Shikai Yama’s flames, his arrows and church sing Quincy spell could damage Bankai Yama through his West Armor, and Royd was never once blitzed by Yama in their fight at range or in close combat
Meanwhile, Oetsu was able to speed blitz the 4 Quincy Elites besides Askin who was relative to his speed, when the SS are considered unparalleled compared to the normal Sternritter

So Oetsu is physically above people that’s relative to Yama stat wise, or at the very least he can speed blitz people faster than the person even with Yama speed wise
Hax wise, his sword is basically a one hit one kill, so Yama’s durability doesn’t matter. All that does matter is West
But story implication wise, Oetsu was confident in taking on Yhwach, having the intel from both Yhwach’s fight 1000 years ago, and Royd and the Real Yhwach’s encounters with Yama in the first invasion. As well as knowing Yhwach has Yama’s Bankai. With all that intel, Oetsu still felt he’d be able to kill or at the very least take of Yhwach’s arm by himself
But if you still feel like that’s not enough justification for him to beat Yama’s west or Bankai in general, he could always take the hax route and just teleport Yama’s Zanpakuto away from him
Hmm so base bazz b was capable of handling shikai yama flames so I think it is quite clear yama has to use bankai
Going by that there is one thing which is spiritual pressure that can save oetsu from yama

i’d say yamaji takes this 9/10 times the one time he would win would be due to sayafushis nature. i also don’t think that oetsu has a shikai. or at least sayfushi doesn’t. becaus oetsu call the blade a failure meaning he likely isn’t bonded deeply with the blade
The only person who could stand in front of Yamaji Is Yhwach And I'm Hundred percent Sure About That.Yama Is Monster Who Yhwach Himself Used Trick On Him And If he had His Both Arms And Had Fair Fight With Yhwach I would Say that result Been Something Else For Certain
My money on oetsu just base fighting all those royal guards and one hit one kill is crazy. No bankai or shikai it's like come on!! If he fought the fake yhwach he would of killed him ij one hit which took.yama to go bankai. Yama powerful for the gotei but not for the royal guard
With little info, Yamamoto wins but if we had more information on Oestu such as how his Shikai/Bankai works I'm certain that Oestu would beat Yamamoto. It would be a tough fight for both of them but I do think that Oestu will come out top since I'm pretty sure hes older than Yamamoto and would have had alot more experience than him as well.
