I wanted to thank the person who originally left this tip but I couldn’t find it . You can bomb your way as high as you want by going into the rolling position and using the stock bomb 💣 tap to a metronome of 135 bpm .
A lot of games of this era required you to pay attention to subtle details and abuse any item that gave you some kind of super vision there no paranoia in such a process. Doom/wolfenstein were the kind of games you were constantly paying attention to the wall because secrets were hidden behind walls that had a sublte texture change ( all walls sectionsin a room are brownish except one that tends more towards grey ) . In castlevania you whiped every wall to know if there was some healing items. In Megaman X since there was no map you did climbed any wall in hope there was some upgrade on top of it. In metroid the game litterally gives you a tool that can help you see any secret passage so it's understable that they did hide a lot of things. If you find the secrets in super metroid difficult to access, just don't bother beating metroid zero mission with 100% items since most of them are really well hidden and some of them require that you handle perfectly the shinespark extension ( charge shinespark then crouch to hold it then shinespark horizontaly in stairs to extend it's duration then crouch again to hold it etc... ) and don't get me started on the ones in metroid fusion ^^.

I know this is unrelated kind of but does anyone know how to do the dashing when jumping or super high jumps when Samie is blinking after running fast.....in another video a guy does it and he is blinking and stops looks up and jumps super high
You need the Speed Booster. While running at max speed, push down while running and Samus will begin to blink. You can then push jump and a direction (including the L & R angle buttons) to direct the Jump. You'll have to play around with it to get it just right.
Spin Jump at the wall, then when you are against the wall, move away from the wall and press jump at the same time. Ex. If you are against the right side wall, push left and jump at the same time. It can be tricky to get the hang of at first, but once you get it, you'll find ways to use it everywhere.
@@Tresonance Thank you so much, it's tricky, but I'm sure that I can get always the wall jump if I practice. Sorry about my bad English if there's any grammatical error, I'm Spanish.
You need the Speed Booster. While running at max speed, push down while running and Samus will begin to blink. Then, Stand up and push up and jump (or some combonation of this) and you should go flying straight up. It drains your energy so you need to make sure you have lots of it before trying it or Samus won't go flying at all.
There's a hidden platform. If you run from the first room, and jump as you are going through the door, then let go of jump so you don't come to the full height of your jump you should be able to reach it. It's tricky time time, but it's possible. Alternatively, you can come back later with the gravity suit, and jump up onto the platform.
10:10 yeah how did you make that jump. You disabled the high jump boots but as soon as you enter the door you already midair making the jump onto the invisible platform. As soon as i enter the room i fall into the water.
To get out of this area, you just have to go in the sand and sink to the bottom, then if you run back and forth you should fall through somewhere. It might help to morph into a ball once you think you've hit the bottom and roll around a bit.
The way I do in the video is to take off the high jump boots so that Samus doesn't hit the ceiling in the water room, then I let go of jump part way through to land on the invisible platform. @@JohnHunterJohnHunter You mean where Samus charges straight forward? Right after pressing A once you're charged, hold either left or right, whichever is forward for Samus. You can also go diagonal up!
You mean after you explore Norfair?
