Wow that was an amazing video. I am wondering why you dont have more views. I really liked your sense of humor which makes it quite fun to watch the video.
Handy reminder video, well done. But as you mentioned Amazon - you should also mention that the information is also available in the 'Operating Instructions' booklet (the Driver's Handbook to us oldies. The Owners Manual confusing is not for the car but its 'stereo' and other electronic stuff.
I have a skoda fabia tsi mk3 how do u find what amp fuse need to be inserted in the fuse boxa. In the manual it explains what the fuse are for but not what amp goes where .thanku
Hey there! I've come across your video looking for some information about the using the key to open the boot. I just bought Fabia mk3 and when I press and hold the boot button on the key it doesn't fully open the boot, just unlocks it. Is that how it's supposed to work or should it open it all the way without pulling it upward? I can hear that it wants to do something but nothing happens, could something in there be broken? It's hard to find an answer to than so maybe you can be of assistance.. Thanks!
@@CarSpyTV so the key is supposed to only unlock the boot and not fully open it? What's the point then? :) if I have to pull it anyway I might as well press the button on the boot.
Mine is the same - the boot unlocks and opens slightly. It's pretty useless when you've got the key set up to open all four doors at the same time, since that also unlocks the boot. But if you go into the Car menu on the infotainment system and choose a different unlocking mode, such as driver's door only, then you'll need the boot unlock button to open the boot.
I recently bought a used Fabia from a main dealer. I insisted that the brolly should be replaced before I took delivery. It was. Just as well because the day after I got the car home, I went to do some shopping and a heavy rain storm started. The brolly saved the day. Don't forget, you can always buy a folding umbrella - it doesn't have to be a Skoda one.

With the ice scraper I use the black plastic edge to scrape the ice off, not the green curved edge. Works amazing. Best scraper I've ever had.
Thanks for the tip!
Thank you so much - I watched specifically for the SD slot but didnt know about any of that at all - love your humour too :-)
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the video. Plenty more to follow.
Mine is fast approaching 190k miles. 2015 1.4 TDi NJ3. May be the first 3rd gen Fabia to hit 200k according to dealer at recent service.
Excellent! Best wishes from CarSpyTV.
What do you like best about the Skoda Fabia? Let me know in the comment section.
I'm led to believe that the ice scraper is also a magnifier. I enjoy your videos, thanks.
Thank you Martin.
Prefer to have long handled ice scraper/snow brush secure in boot. Useful on the windscreen, saving your hand from frostbite.

Thanks for your kind comments, Kaul. Channel views are rising consistently so the future looks bright.

Excellent video!
Thank you, Richard.
Can you advise regarding the car not starting. Lighte come and media system but inside car data info etc is off. Tried jump start that didnt work.
Hello. Without seeing or hearing the car in person, I'd need a lot more info to even guess. Best wishes from CarSpyTV.

The following link might be worth a look, e.g. the fuse colour section. See:

Thank you, Karol. That's appreciated. There's plenty more videos to come.
I have a Fabia Monte Carlo 1.2 TSI. It’s an amazing car
Agreed. The Fabia Mk3 has a lot going for it. Skoda makes plenty of other nice cars, too.
Mine doesn't have the umbrella lol
Someone pinched it! I'll organise a manhunt!
How do i change my km meter in to miles i have skoda fabia 2011 model
Not sure, I don't have a Fabia of that era.
You probably can't, since doing so would invalidate the mileages recorded at each MOT.

Hello. Sounds to me like your car's working normally.

The blue car in the video works the same as your car. You can download the owner's manual at Skoda's website.

That brolly was long gone by the time i got the car lol.
I'll pray for sun!

Can the back seats be removed?
The rear seats fold flat. However, as I recall, you'd need tools to remove them.
