These are the recordings of true 'Madhura Bhakti' Kshetrayya Sangitam of BMK Garu. It reveals His minimal use of Style and maximal shraddha of Patanthara purity. BMK Garu secured enviable 'Pandita-Pamara-Ranjakatva ' for his sangita gjnaana. Truth of facts, realities, not of Truth of beliefs, faiths is Kshetrayya's qualities of geya kara is deep classicism following the vainika vadya dharma in gathra, vocal music. It is NOT 'light classical music' structure or effects of BMK Garu's stylist methods adaptation much later in his extremely popular concerts vidwan times-Pamara ranjakatva. Vidwan Vijayakrishna of Dhanammal School of Karnataka Sangitam, brother of Vidushees Brinda and Mukta was AIR, Vijayawada staff artist. Both Sandhyavandanam Srinivasa Rao, Program Executive and Vidwan Manchala Jagannatha Rao, Staff artiste of AIR, Vijayawada had learnt Kshetrayya Padans from Vijayakrishna Garu and their notations are archives of AIR, Vijayawada (to my knowledge, only Vidwan Annavarapu Ramaswamy Garu has in depth knowledge about this work). Other authentic sources are-Dhanammal; Ranga Ramanuja Iyy engar-SriPadaPinkapani(notations). Kshetrayya composed NOT 'Madhura Bhakti' padams. It was Sringara Rasa of eroticism. In transition of rasikatva from 'Sadas' to 'Sabha' gayana and needs of moral, cultural societal values, this was construct and promotion. After Great Vidwan Merattur Veerabhadriah Garu musical compositional values, it was Kshetrayya musical compositions were trend setters of Karnataka Sangitam. Vilambakala, Jarus, Gamakams and the simplicity of lyrics were the influences found in Trinity compositions. Kshetrayya enjoyed extraordinary patronage of rulers and nobles of his times. With patronage lost, it was in the reportaire of Deva Dasi-Kalavantulu families. Very few dared to learn and perform Kshetrayya Padams. When the recognition of musical compositional extraordinary qualities happened, Kshetrayya Padams started receiving patronage (limited). With this extraordinary offering I am tempted to say Sreenivasa Murthy is 'Muraligaana Veda Vyasa'. Vyasa is editor and compiler.
