Darn right!! He's down to just the PB 400 and original old BR 400, currently. I truly appreciate your support, and have a cool video coming in the next day or two. Thanks for watching!!!
I appreciate it!! I've been breaking up the videos a bit more lately, and seem to be getting more views. But I have a longer one coming in the next day or two!! Thanks for watching!!!
Didn't know Stu was from NYS. Hi from Buffalo, congratulations on the new PB. Our snowmobile club saved multiple lives last month during our blizzard. Nothing like a PB.
Hey there! Thank you so much! Thus far, there has been virtually no snow, but it should get a little better this month. The forecast at least has some snow now! Hoping to film something soon! Thanks a ton for tuning in!!
Hey, thanks!! I was actually up at the cabin when you left this comment yesterday! I'll have a couple videos coming in a few days. Thanks so much for the support!!!
I have broken belts out on the trail, lots of fun .Its definately a learning curve .Not to mention,we do not own the track tools,so we have to be inventive.I have done a water pump out on the trail,-10 below that day.Our PB is a 1989,same but different! But ,I have done lots of research for parts, where to go,who to call but all in all, they are nice machines!
the newer PBs have stuff to measure snow depth and more advanced controls- but you are right this is about as much machine someone can reasonably use edit haha i recognize the display in the machine from a fendt 411 vario tractor they must have had the same supplier back then
Thanks for stopping by and commenting, Fritz! How cool! I mentioned this to Stuart, and he may comment the backstory himself, or I'll post it here soon. My guess is that you performed at something ski-related, and it was acquired then.. I'll find out soon. Thanks for your comment!!
Stuart here. Howdy Fritz! After conferring with my old friend Sarah, we determined that shirt was obtained circa March 2008 at Nola's Restaurant in Clinton, NY. Sarah and I were both working at Nola's at the time, she was a server and I was washing dishes. Fritz's polka band performed as part of the "March Around The World" event Nola's was hosting. I remember Fritz giving me a shirt at the end of the night, and for some reason I have hung on to the shirt and worn it proudly over the years.
Stu is a private contractor and spends many hours excavating, etc. It also helps to wait strategically for good deals, of course. Thanks a bunch for watching!!
Thank you!!! He doesn't officially, but buying and selling them just naturally happens. Now that he has the nice PB 400, he can relax a little, I think. He's down to just the PB 400 and original old BR 400, currently. Thanks for watching!!!
Hey again! It is basically like that, as far as grooming of the snowmobile trails, then he's paid per job for other snowcat tasks, such as hauling water, recoveries, cabin-clearing, etc. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Stu does have a couple Summit Turbos, but this old Polaris is a great commuter. I made a video about it 3 years ago.. Still going strong! Thanks for watching!!!
That's so amazing.. I told Stu and he says he's been wearing the shirt for years and years, waiting for some recognition, so thank you!! That is incredible. Thanks so much for watching!!!
The locals have requested that I don't reveal the exact location, since they have a delicate balance of privacy and public access up there... We're up in No. UT though, so you can probably kind of guess. Sorry to be cryptic. Thanks very much for watching!!!
Without being pre-heated, they don't seem to start without it, and perhaps helps the starter crank less.. I don't know too much about the effects on an old-school diesel, but the Cummins 8.3 seems to handle it. Thanks for watching!!
Keep Jeremy Renner away from that thing! That was just mean, but been trying to figure out for weeks how he did that, and came to the conclusion that ,he left the drive switch in position and did not set the brake! It happens, when one becomes complacent! Sad,but an accident at any rate! That is a nice PB,big unit!
Amazingly, it only took one grouser, and has one little mark from it. Got really lucky. Though I plan to retire this bag soon. It's quite sentimental at this point, haha. Thanks for watching!!!
True. Some people really like the process/heavy-haul stuff, so I figured it was interesting. I've posted some more eventful vids recently! Thanks for watching!!!
I love how this guy has a larger fleet of snowcats than some resorts. Snowcat Stu is the best quality content on youtube
Darn right!! He's down to just the PB 400 and original old BR 400, currently. I truly appreciate your support, and have a cool video coming in the next day or two. Thanks for watching!!!
Longer videos for sure. Stu and this snowcat life is gold.

Pistin Bully Express,thats funny!
Pretty sweet rig! Thanks for watching!!!
Why did you park the other machine in front of the gate? It is to stop people that cut the locks off from coming in that way?
Stu says that's just where they put it, and no one really messes with the gate down there. So I guess it's arbitrary, haha. Thanks for watching!!!
Thanks for reppin' the Fritz's Polka Band shirt! Where did you get that? That's one from when my band was sponsored by Jagermeister!

How do you pay for this equipment? Do you receive income from the State or county or a ski resort?
Stu is a private contractor and spends many hours excavating, etc. It also helps to wait strategically for good deals, of course. Thanks a bunch for watching!!
Awesome set up. Q- does Stu deal in snow cats? has he sold all the other ones? He has a very quick turn around.
I love watching your vids👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

German Power i love it
Me too!! Thanks for watching!!!
I just wanna know how you get paid, is it like a home owners association where everybody pays a monthly fee for your services or what?
Hey again! It is basically like that, as far as grooming of the snowmobile trails, then he's paid per job for other snowcat tasks, such as hauling water, recoveries, cabin-clearing, etc. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Maybe the previous owner/operator had 36" long sleeves.
Haha, could be! Thanks for watching!!
the new ones are a lot different. these are good cats though
time for a sled upgrade to match
