I'm in my first full-time job and sometimes it's hard to get up in the morning, but now that I have followed some of your tips, like "getting the crust off of my face" when i wake up and drink a big glass lf water before coffee, it has helped me so much to start the day more refreshed, seriously!!! Hi Lena! I love watching you set up your new apartment because a brand new apartment is perfect for starting with a blank slate and being able to decorate however you want! The beginning of my new year has been a bit rough from a family loss to a snow storm but your videos are always a bright spot in my day and have pushed me to stay disciplined on my goals despite everything going on in my life. I’ve been able to start developing several new healthy habits largely inspired by your videos and I have been feeling so proud of the fact that I have been pretty consistent so far with these goals!

I love the discipline quote! I need to add this to my daily reminders. My goal this year was also to nurture my relationships, show up more, and be more active in my relationships. Loved the vlog! Excited to see more updates on the new place!
The way i stay consistent is ive noticed the days i dont feel like working out are the days i workout the hardest. It was one of the coldest days this winter yesterday so i wanted to stay home cuz it was a sunday n freezing. I got myself to the park and ended up running 4miles instead of my usual 3.

Beautiful thank you so much for existing! With your support and advice this girl has finally decorated her own "girl office" corner. I know I'll get laughs for this but I bought my OWN HAIRDRYER! Also bought myself some beautiful brand new shoes based on your shopping information. And I cry now because I feel so much better and finally care about myself a lot more. I always bought second hand pre worn shoes unless they were super cheap elsewhere and I finally got tired of just not wanting to exist. I can't express how much your videos have helped me out of my winter depression. I've literally watched everything. I've even joined a Pilates class!
