Admin Provisioning Tool Error: The value’s length for key ‘password’ exceeds it’s limit of ‘128’

I am unable to access environment 10.0.24 in my personal machine and system is giving error like user needs to be add as external source in Azure, after adding also i am getting same error, please help me
