My favorite show of all time, and in my opinion the most underrated show of all time. Been looking for someone to react for 10 years. Thank you so much!
OH MY GOD YESSSSSS I JUST TALKED ABOUT THIS ON YOUR CASTLE REACTION 😂 I. AM. HERE!!! No one reacts to this, it must be hard to do, so ty for adding it to your roster omg
OMG I love you! I've recently said to myself that all you have to do is start watching the Mentalist and I would jump up and down. Grey's, Friends and now the Mentalist. This is the best day!
I love this show. It's one of the shows I can re-watch all the time. The group of Jane, Lisbon, Rigsby, Cho and Van Pelt are super great together. They really make the show.
A few things about this show. Sorry about being late to the party, as it were, but I just discovered your channel. Anyways I really enjoyed watching this show back when it aired. So to answer your question about what channel it was on it was on CBS from Sept 2008 until its finale Feb 2015. You didn't ask, but I'm offering the following facts: 1 - The show is about the fictional California Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and its civilian consultant Patrick Jane and his hunt for the person who murdered his wife and daughter, the serial killer "Red John". There are a lot of other murders and assorted other crimes Jane assists in solving along the way. 2 - The bulk of the story takes place in the CA state capital of Sacramento, CA. Despite this it was not filmed in Sacramento other than a short series of scenes taking place on the banks of the Sacramento River that were filmed on the Yolo county side of the river in West Sacramento. The city of Sacramento is in Sacramento County. 3 - The writers obviously failed to do any research to understand the geography of the city the show was set in as they constantly drive a couple of hours to get to the desert and fly to San Francisco. This is the exact opposite of reality of being in Sacramento as it is less than 100 miles from SF and only takes 2 to 3 hours to reach depending on traffic. Driving to the desert on the other hand is a day long excursion to the southern half of the state. 4 - The building they used for exterior shots of the entrance to the CBI HQ building is the rear of a hotel in Los Angeles, yet looks similar to the Railroad Museum in Old Sacramento (a historical park on the banks of the Sacramento River right next to Downtown Sacramento). 5 - Exterior shots of when they get coffee inside the CBI HQ building on the balcony are set to look like they are in what we locals call, "The Pyramid". That building is in Yolo County's West Sacramento and has a full view of Sacramento's city skyline. from one side of it. There is no coffee stand on any balcony of that building IRL. 6 - They had some amazing "b-roll" footage of aerial shots of the city of Sacramento that shows the city's true beauty and why it has long been known as the "City of Trees." I still love seeing those views. 7 - This show is still totally worth watching.
i think the fenomenom ? of watching reactions is when - you showed it to your friends, or have non - and you like satisfaction of someone watching show that you really like, i want to see someone experience it for the first time again. it is a good feeling, that you are not the only one who likes that. :P
Oh you get an instant sub and Imma keep coming back everyday to check if you uploaded next reaction to this show, best fucking crime show out there imo
CBS is the answer to what network it was on. There were a lot of these other profession helps the police procedural shows out alongside the multitude of NCIS, Criminal Minds, Cold Case and CSI shows around '05 to '16ish. You had this one The Mentalist ("psychic"), Castle (Writer), Bones (Anthropologist) and I guess Fringe which led into the next shows. TV then had a switch to the supernatural/Sci-Fi concept with Lucifer (Devil), Forever (Immortal), iZombie (Undead), Sleepy Hollow (Time traveling I. Crane) and I would throw Blindspot in here as well. Those were all later but the same concept which kept on going. The last one I remember before I dropped cable was a show called Evil. Oh I forgot The Blacklist where we actually had a criminal help the police. Basically if one network has a hit show with a certain premise the other networks will want to copy it or even have multiple copies. In the 80s it was all about Private Investigators with Magnum P.I., Simon & Simon, Hardcastle and McCormick, Moonlighting, Remington Steele, Riptide, Scarecrow & Mrs. King and The Fall Guy just to name some of them.
I remember when I started watching this show Grace popped up and I thought 'the lesbians would love her' cut to years later she in a lesbian Christmas movie 😂🤣
omg yay! the mentalist is fire! I think you'll enjoy also person of interest and lie to me, there are so many lol 3:03 in Italy it's still airing, the channel is topcrime
