I think the goal of individuals seeking buccal fat removal is to look older. But it takes some serious education and preparation on the providers end to ensure they can still look young/refreshed/healthy.

If i ask for temples to be injected, should make sure they use ultrasound to checkbfor vessels. I understand they are a danger zone? Am i correct in thinking this? And do you use US? I would love to get forhead done (more rounded out) as i have fat loss there that is giving me a lot of bossing.i like how you explained it in one video , comparing to a baby. These treatments simply do not make patients look older. They make them look more sexualized, and more mature, which is something that really does help their modelling career. It does not make them look older. It makes them look more mature not everyone wants to look 6 years old.
Whats the difference between making someone look older vs more mature? Sounds the same to me.
Think you know more than a doc just from scrolling blogs or watching someone do Botox? Trust, they've seen way more. They're a doc for a reason.

I love your content but why are you degrading Ageing So So badly. . . I have been using this look for Years years. . .I don't think it AGES me so much but it does change your look dramatically. .
Last week I did do an experiment and did both cheeks and only 1 temple to see the difference. Its not a filler as such only slightly cross linked.
Neither side makes me look younger or older. . . And I DEFINITELY don't use those terms. . .Age Age. . .
But I will do the other temple when I get time. 😂🤣😂
