First Krav Maga Kids Class

Anta's Fitness and Self Defense First Krav Maga Kids Class on October 8, 2023. Julio Anta has been teaching martial arts in Doral since 1998 and Israeli Tactical Self Defense since 2004. This video is highlights of the first Krav Maga class for kids. The course is authorized by the Krav Maga Association (KMA).
The course teaches a child Krav Maga self defense techniques and tactics to defend against the school yard bully or an abductor. In this first class the students went through Krav Maga conditioning, escape from a wrist grab, defense against a choke and a Krav Maga stress drill.
Head Instructor Julio Anta is a retired corrections officer and honorably discharged from U.S. Marine Corps. Anta has been teaching self defense in Doral a suburb of Miami since 1998. He is a certified Krav Maga and Haganah F.I.G.H.T instructor. Julio is also a certified NRA gun and rifle instructor, Israeli Tactical Gun and Rifle instructor, Israeli Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Instructor, Krav Maga Active Shooter Response instructor.
Julio is also a Hung Gar Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Judokickbox and kickboxing instructor.
Anta's Fitness and Self Defense is the longest running martial arts school in Doral a suburb of Miami since 1998.
Julio is the author of Anta's Ages Warrior Fitness and co-author of best seller United Men of Honor, Overcoming Adversity Through Faith with other Band of brothers men.
