Speaking of Aladdin: Peter Jöback as Swedish Aladdin is Swedish Magnifico while Jannike Kruse as Norwegian Jasmine is Norwegian Amaya so it’s like Aladdin and Jasmine built their whole new world and got their wish granted with a royal transition. 👑

I love that starboy is a shape shifter as the original concept.
Just imagine the beautiful love story these two could of had if they got a chance. From two completely different worlds. But in the end, it wasn't meant to be, as the boy returns to the stars...after giving the love of his life a wand imbued with his magic - so they can still be connected.
Before he leaves, as he gives his wand to Asha, he whispers to her "Even if we're far away, I'll hold you in my heart."

The song at the beginning is named Hijo De La Luna which means Son of the Moon , a Spanish song that I decided to use since I couldn't find anything that would fit the situation hahaha. In any case, this is not finished yet, however, I wanted to save the results here and I hope you like it. I am not an animator nor an artist, however, I love what Wish could be and wasn't. It gave me hope and for the first time in years... I decided to make a wish upon a star 🤍✨
At the beginning, there is Asha trying to convince the King to quit his plans, he trapped Starboy at that moment buuut he let him go... And put a spell on him to absorb his magic which was stronger due to Asha's wish and and his love for her. And so on and so forth.
Not an artist, she says; not an animator, she says...and yet this animatic showcases your artistic talent and animation skills!

Disney has NEVER made a film that's garnered a response like this. Such a shame that they went for flat story instead if a more nuanced, mature, and thought-provoking piece of cinema.
Aaaaaa yep, I was so disappointed but so in love with the ideas showcased on the trailers, the concept art, I was indescribably excited and so disappointed when I saw the final result of it. For the first time, I believe, I leave a movie halfway before any climax happens... What? There was not. I agree with you my fellow human ✨
@@AraMonserrat Hopefully this is a wakeup call for Disney--but I'm concerned they might take away the wrong lessons, given that this was a fantasy musical that failed and not one of their more experimental/risky films.
Okay..ive been seein that the og story was for star boy to be a shapwshifter and like.. be asha's prince per say and i so wish that stayed.. i watched the movie and the disney feel was just gone.. i absolutely loved the concept though

It produced magical Disney elements, but still has your own unique twist to it!
