Vertical race Men - World Championships 2023

The Vertical race of the elite men had a clear favourite before the start. Rémi Bonnet, the Vertical machine from Switzerland, won both World Cup Verticals this season, and today he again showed a dominant performance.
Swiss athlete was a minute faster than the second Maximilien Drion du Chapois of Belgium. Bonnet went for the glory from the start and ran almost the entire track.
The bronze medal was won by Gedeon Pochat Cotilloux of France, his first podium in the elite category.
