Very useful! I understand better what i read after i watch your videos. When you have time, i think MR severity video would also be useful with explaining the methods such as vena contracta or PISA. Thank you for all the work you re doing. You re amazing ❤️
Thank you for the video! I am learning currently Echo from EACVI textbook and want to maybe correct your assumption that dp/dt is influenced by an afterload "Since LV dP/dt is calculated during the isovolumic contraction period, it is not influenced by afterload, but is influenced by preload and heart rate. In particular, in the presence of significant mechanical dyssynchrony, dP/dt may be reduced, as a consequence of contractile dyssynchrony in spite of globally preserved systolic function." Please comment if you have other sources/explaining! :)
Great lecture, you're the best echo lady
Thank you!!!! ❤️📜 I'm glad you liked it
Thank you very much. Very nice presentation.

Amazing! Thanks for the great source!!!!
First of all, dp/dt is not calculated during the isovolumic contraction period, rather it is ejection period.
Thank you very much. Excellent and very clear presentation.
Thank you ❤️🥰
