My 150cc gy6 has 30,000 miles and the chain guilds are cracking, I change my oil every 600 miles, the scooter is a 2005. When I went to remove the alen key screw it was like 80 ft-lbs to remove, very strong tight but I got it out with a metal bar extention for more leverage, it is a very very tight bolt to remove but you must do it or your plastic chain guild will break and fall inside the engine and can cause the chain to fall off and break your crankshaft.
