I wanna say this is a joke and i did cherry pick a bit on the monsters. SH4 has some good designs but i just dont think its the creepiest. Nitro rad is actually a favorite youtuber of mine and i have no ill will towards him.
The only decently scary monster in SH4 imo is Twin Victim
I fucking knew this was about silent hill 4. Silent hill 4 is criminally underrated. Scariest silent hill. Period.
