Sir, If I want to procure the copyright of a Movie or A TV show and someone else already has the same copyrights from the original creator, then how can I get the copyright of that movie or TV show.

A painter of an advertising poster claims copyright for the painting on the poster ,will he get copyright for painting ?
When song is played in discotheque , then as per law royality to be paid up, however why don't we understand that by playing that particular song the name or author is marketed and publicity objective is achieved...therefore its give and take is from both the end. Then why pay royality also

In the above case both brand names are registered but product name is not.
