The Hickory is one tough nut! It was designed from the ground up to be an off road trailer. Made from our own custom extrusions, this all aluminum trailer will last a lifetime. The main box is 4ft wide, 7ft long, and 2ft tall. The Hickory Expedition trailer feature tube fenders to be able to pivot around trees and to slide over rocks. Supporting this 1,200lb overland trailer is the Timbren 3500# HD Axle-less suspension. We can match the trailer hub pattern to any vehicle. The Recover points on the rear of the trailer are tied into the one piece side rails and then welded to the opposite side of the trailer to unitize the chassis. The Hickory comes standard with an aluminum tongue box that is ready to be outfitted to your needs. The lid of the box has a gas strut to hold it open and also a lockable compression latch. All of the hinges and hardware are stainless steel. The latches on the side door and rear tailgate are keyed alike-lockable compression latches.
The Hickory is modular and was designed with the new camper in mind. It can be purchased as a base model and options added over time or bought as a complete package. - Авто та транспорт
The underbody of this trailer is one of the best in the industry.
You don’t regularly see a review showing the bottom frame.
Overall Amazing product, will be getting this once I finish my van setup complete.

First let me get the stupid troll comment that’s bound to come out of the way for you and everyone else out there “your prices are crazy I could build this for 500$ out of my uncles shop ( who also happens to be my dad) and it would be twice the build quality!” .... now that that’s over, your builds are ridiculously good I hope to have you guys build a truck out for me some day but I enjoy watching your trailer builds such good stuff guys👍🏻👍🏻

Dead on with your comment--these are NOT your daddy's/grandfather's trailers....Only US trailer I would trust to go anywhere my rig can go.

I like the poss pullout side rear side door but should b on both sides. Slide right or left just gives u more options.
If the front box does come off u hve decent length trailer & the front box is slide together insulated panels.
If u could make the sides slide on & off so u can use it as box storage, bulky top & side storage, or cooler meat & fish locker u would hve made a superior product in the market place. Just your front storage box would sale.
Hve u seen commercial wiring in metal sheath seem every trailer should use the to me, bc such a key important prt & it is exposed not inside a wall.
I wouldn't make the deack of the trailer permanent bc when not over landing it is a useful utility trailer if top deck comes off in panel form.

John Maher we shot a video and when we started editing we found out that we had horrible wind noise throughout the entire shoot. We haven’t had another in the shop for a while now. One day we will get around to making a video on gen 2.
I would lose the latch on top of propane box & hve same latches as hood of jeeps tie in. If u want to lock u can hve a normal latch.
I would make the lid of front box able to b removed easily if carrying something tall & bulky, & way to store the lid plus drain holes. Stainless steel food grade if just want meat storage deer kill or fish catch.
Guess u will hve to insulate it too but I wouldn't make inside dimension any tighter.
I would make the trailer 2 tires per side easy fit long. Most of the time u use just 1 but if it starts to sink can lower the rolling spare for soft sand or mud float. U hve to put the spare some where might as well b lower-able working spare too. +Gives u bit more length useful trailer.
I hve the basic idea just not the design. working the problem of towing while hauling wt in bed. The new 3D or 360 hitches for offroad r really slick, but what they need to really sing is a way to set up the tow on level ground, w/the max tongue load u want to carry for truck & trailer safest pre set up. Then no Matter what else changes that tongue wt won't change up or down not even God can add or take away from hitch pre set up. Instead the trailer if load changes or hill noses into the ground wheel. The connection 3D then a way for trailer to move up & down 2ft & still not effect connection or wt on the truck. Crazy nuty way cool, new standard in towing, brought to u by spark of God, just need some1 to build it & cash in, while making towing completely safe for All 1st time every time newbie proof hitching.
