The new art style after season 3 WORKS for Neo. My main complaint is that RT stopped changing her eye color like they use to. It was really cool when she’d bat her eyelashes and her eye colors would flip. That was a huge part of her character

I'd just add the word "As" in front of the word "Sweet" in the second line to make it a true English language haiku. Well this was a spectacular action for neo I find the fact that she actually doesn't talk and actually show it by her actions is pretty amazing yes I really do enjoy her character
How does she have so much personality without even saying a word? Every gesture and movement about her. I know they do this to compensate that she does not speak so uses body language, but they do it well
She was supposed to have a voice actress (Sarah Silverman I believe) but the VA pulled out just before Neo was supposed to show up so they just made the character mute. It’s talked about in the World of Rwby book put out by RT… along with her semblance and many others… plus why Roman doesn’t have one

I don’t completely get her semblance … does she manipulate reality or does she just manipulate light/minds and changes the appearance of something? And how the hell does the teleportation thing fit into it ? Or does she only make it look like she teleported ?
Hmmmmm, I would say the light/mind thing, cause I believe her semblance is illusions like Emerald, but not just in the mind. And the teleportation is probably her moving out of the way and when her illusion shatters she appears out from a different location to confuse her foes.

Neo's semblance is the manipulation of light, which allows her to create illusions, change her appearance, and "teleport" by just making it appear as though she hasn't moved from a location when she really has. This also gives her the ability to completely disguise herself (vol 3) or objects of her choice (vol 6), and she would theoretically be able to make herself completely invisible for an extended time, though she never does this. You'll see in scenes like her fight for the lamp in volume 7, Oscar punched her hard enough to knock her off her feet, which disrupted her concentration for her disguise; while she can keep her semblance in effect for a very long time, it is something she has to put at least some degree of effort into, and hence how it can be shattered. The glass part of it is just aesthetic I believe.
a strange thing about neo's semblance is that, it actually has a physical body even tho it's an illusion, as it blocked Ruby's bullet for Roman in V3, and Oscar was able to grab onto it in V7

the character designers aren't really doing their job good enough, like yang's V7 outfit is basically a plumber suit, and weiss's V7 design look a little swollen, and I don't know about you but I don't prefer V7 Ruby and Blake's hair

Take a week to read the 4 Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John) where Lord Jesus teaches you how to live. Then compare His teachings to how those fake Christians act. Don't follow man. Follow the God-man, Almighty Creator, Lord Jesus. Lord Jesus is Almighty God born in the flesh specifically to give His life for His fallen creation to give us all an opportunity to have eternal life with Him which is the meaning of life.

This is the meaning of life:
The purpose of life is to have a deep, loving, personal relationship with Almighty God, our Creator. Sin broke up the relationship so in order to fix it, Jesus had to take the required death penalty for us (God's own law demands sin to be punished with death - Jesus took that final death for all of us). After Lord Jesus sacrificed Himself for us He resurrected by the power of God. Now, whoever believes in Jesus dead for your sins and resurrected inherits eternal life and renews their relationship with God.
A promise directly from Almighty God is that if you look for Him, He will show Himself to you. You WILL find Him if you look. That's a promise from God who cannot lie.

Deuteronomy 4:29

If you call out to Lord Jesus to help you with your life, He will do so immediately. He came here to help us because He loves every single one of us and wants to give us all eternal life. If you accept Him, that He died for your sins and that He was resurrected by the power of God, you WILL be saved and you will have a new relationship with God that is so amazingly beautiful that nothing on this earth compares to being with Him.

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Repent of your sins or suffer the consequences. Lord Jesus died in our places personally to take the death punishment that sin deserves and then resurrected by the power of God. Believe this and sincerely repent of your sins each time you sin and you will have eternal life and nothing to fear. Fail to repent and you will end up in the Lake of Fire.
