Zoho is not for accounting professional to learn. 10, 12 or any one who have a common knowledge can operate. Where as tally is for the commerce graduate and based on accounting dr and cr . If regularly an accountant operate zoho for years he will forget all the accounting rules.
Tally learn accountants from basic to finalization.

Correct. This is the biggest advantage of Zoho that it is so easy that anyone with basic common sense can operate the same.

For manual entries tally for automated ones Zoho.. if you have large no. Of transactions then definitely Zoho will serve you better

1. Sales man mobile app configuration possible in zoho
2. How useful it is for a person involved in retail and distributor both
3. Migration of data is being done by zoho for first time when somebody wants to implement zoho from tally
4. Currently lot of company have integrated data with tally how can we do a daily based migration from tally to zoho
5. Multiple locations wearhouse inventory can be managed
6. User right wearhouse wise and user wise.
Other query are also their but before that i would like this to be addressed

Yes it can be used for accounts, Payroll, Inventory management, CRM etc. I will however recommend using a different POS Software.
No doubt zoho is cloud basis software. zoho books are also some draw backs. Zoho books are not permitting to debit the customer's account or vendor's account, which is very important. whereas tally is permitting all the entries that one can post in account books.
Yes!!! Zoho does not allow JVs for customers and vendors. This is because lot of reports are linked to the same but there is a way around to manage the same.

Hello. Passing entry is not required in Zoho. Instead, follow the following 2 simple steps.
1) Make an invoice for the item sold,
2) Make a Cash receipt against the invoice.
Zoho will automatically take care of the entries.

Hello,
There is limit on the number of transactions one can create in each plan. Each transaction has a storage limit. There is no floating umbrella limit per organisation, its per transaction limit.

It is time consuming in some aspects but if process is followed then things are very sorted in long term. In any ERP software data entry is time consuming.
