Hello! Thank you for this! I ordered the Kraut Source, after messing up my pickles. I think. Not sure, it's cloudy, layer of white stuff, I haven't thrown up yet after eating one, but going to still try again. I need to talk to a pickle expert. It's suppose to be simple, but it's confusing.
Sounds like may be a sterilization issue if you're getting growth in your pickles.
