Hi again Leo …. I watched this video to learn more about Progressions (and it is great) but your mention of Evolver has opened up a whole new 4Pockets app to explore. Thanks for that.
Wow Leo, thanks for checking out Progressions, I know you really went in great depth with Scaler 2 (another awesome series). Anyway hope you dive into more Progressions Tutorials. Thanks again…..I need to send more money (well deserved)
Even without your giveaway I would have commented of course! I already commented at Paul's videos that he made a very strong contender for Scaler 2, but now I realize they are not competitors but can live in the same project and strengthen each other, which is even better! Thanks for showing this.
I've had Evolver for a while but haven't really used it. I never knew it could be used this way. Since your video I've been using it with Scalebud, Scaler 2 and Progressions. The sounds I'm getting are brilliant. Thanks again Leo. I'm loving using this.
Hey Leo, Doug referred me over to your channel last week and I have been going through your videos in the evening. Thanks for showing this combo. I did not know about Evolver. These three seem to make a good team. Thanks again.
Hi leo … I work with app until one week … fantastic app … really funny ! Differently as scaler 2 ! I prefer the concept of progression it’s more immediately musical and powerfull too if you want go more possibility and complexe ! Thank for your video.
Great job as always, Leo! Look forward to future videos. I’m betting you help sell many apps for developers with your videos. I know I’ve bought quite a few.
This looks very interesting and I like 4Pockets' stuff. I'm also a fan of Scaler 2, so this video is quite useful. Thanks for your tutorials (I consumed the Loopy Pro stuff!).
Aww yea poppa needs a new Chord app. No whammies, no whammies, no whammies, stop! Lol. I’d love to win progressions, it’s high up on my To Get list. You and a handful of other channels are vital to the iOS music community. Thanks Leo!
Exactly the point, I also added a link in the video description to a paper written by David Collett that might help… the app is meant to break away from the constraints of scales and allow experimentation and creativity…
wow the price looks right to just checked out in the app store. I got about 3 other apps on here but there limited. here i go again I'm going to buy it
@@soundformore I use a mac mini computer I was able to get the 4 pockets on to my desk top but now it won't work because the aum audio mixer only works on iphone or ipad my fault for not researching first so I paid for 4 pockets and can't even use it this bums me out
I bought it but wanted to know the real difference between this one and scalar 2? please guide me. which one do you think is good or do you think having both would help?
That’s a good idea to integrate it with scaler like that. Looks like a good combination. I like scaler for the built in performances but this app looks like it can create interesting chord sequences much easier.
I don’t have this one yet but looks complex and powerful. Glad there’s UA-cam professors like you to help us all navigate these apps!
Thank you

You are welcome
Great use of Evolver, excellent job of showcasing the possibilities. Looking forward to more examples of how to get the most out of Progressions.
Great thanks

This looks very interesting, Leo. Another cool app from Paul at 4Pockets.
Indeed

Superb
Thanks for producing this video Leo. I use Scaler and have not heard of Progressions before.
It compliments Scaler nicely
And I am looking into Evolver as we speak.
Great
Thanks for this introduction of Progressions. What a amazing tool to create music! Looking forward for next tutorial of this app.
Great and thanks
Hey Leo, Doug referred me over to your channel last week and I have been going through your videos in the evening. Thanks for showing this combo. I did not know about Evolver. These three seem to make a good team. Thanks again.
Thank you, yes they work well together
Excellent video Leo. This and Scaler 2 are two superb apps that will keep me occupied for months

Great tutorial! Can’t wait for more additions to this series. 🤙🏼
Great
Wow, I had no idea Evolver could be driven like this. Thanks Leo
You are welcome
This is interesting as you can have it with iPhone as scaler is only iPad. This could be a great addition!!!
Good point
Great tutorial as always, following all scaler 2 iOS tutorials
Thanks
Great tutorial as always. Progressions is a very helpful app.
Thanks
Great job as always, Leo! Look forward to future videos. I’m betting you help sell many apps for developers with your videos. I know I’ve bought quite a few.
Thanks Phil…
Wow, 4pockets nailed it again, Thanks 🙏
Yep

Thanks a lot
Very intriguing app. Thx Leo
You are welcome
Intriguing, it looks like a less rigid way to explore music theory than other similar tool. The strummer and arp features are a nice touch too…
Exactly the point, I also added a link in the video description to a paper written by David Collett that might help… the app is meant to break away from the constraints of scales and allow experimentation and creativity…
Wow, another great tutorial here. Thank you very much for all your hard work. All the very best! Btw, already subscribed 😉
Thank you
Great video, Progressions looks great (and different enough from Scaler for them both to be useful).
Absolutely…
Thank you for tutorial, it's worth getting it...
Great
Just got Scaler 2 but have had my eyes on this one as well. Would appreciate winning a copy . Thanks.
Good luck

Yes go for it, progressions from 4Pockets is a great app, as all the apps from 4Pockets… have a look at Midi Layers, amazing…

Oh dear sorry to hear that, do you have an iPhone or iPad at all?
@@soundformore I have an android but I do all my work on my desk top so that doesn't do me any good oh well
Time for an iPad? so much you can do with it
Thank you Maestro.
You are welcome
Really cool app. I’d be very powerful to use Scaler 2 and Progressions together.
Great addition with EvolverFX too…
I bought it but wanted to know the real difference between this one and scalar 2? please guide me. which one do you think is good or do you think having both would help?
Maybe I do a video instead of writing a long reply… as several people asked me this question…
@@soundformore yes please, thank you.
can we add our own loops instead of using the stuff thats there in performance folder?
It doesn’t use loops… you can load custom arps and strums and build your own chord progressions…
Thanks for this interesting tutorial 😎👍🏼
You are welcome
Thank you.
You are welcome
How can I use this with GarageBand? Is it possible?
Yes, but it is not ideal yet, there are too many limitations, I would recommend AUM
can i port as stem’s to my desk top DAW? like fl studio.
Not yet
I've recently bought Scaler2 and still on the fence for Progressions as I would like to avoid a duplicate (at least at full price....)
Not a duplicate at all… :)
Another great tutorial as always…I have few apps from Leo and scaler 2 too….I would like to win a copy of Progresions….thnx and have a great weekend….
Thanks you too
Amazing thing, would love to win one :)
Good luck

Great vid. 👍👍👍
Thanks

Is this available for Windows? Can't seem to find it
No, sorry
Another cool App from Paul, but I think you do not need Progressions if you already have Scaler 2...
It depends on your workflow to creativity I would say… :)
Easy to make music! But first I have to learn me these complex apps like Scaler 2 and Progressions before it's get EASY 😁
Hopefully I can help… :)
That’s a good idea to integrate it with scaler like that. Looks like a good combination. I like scaler for the built in performances but this app looks like it can create interesting chord sequences much easier.
Indeed, they work well together
Would love to win this
Good luck
Thx! 👍
Thanks
Very Interesting app!!
Yep
I’d love to be included in the drawing if it is not too late.
Not too late…
