I appreciate u for helping us to learn service now...i got 2 doubt whole practicing the assignment rules...Those are 1.while I try to run the category without the use of subcategory in the conditions the assignment rule seems not working..I mean the assignment group value is not been set.. 2.While I am trying to create a workflow on sc_request table..I am unable to find the catalog task activity in the core module in the workflow.. Thank u in advance..
Kiran Kumar 1. For assignment rule to work exact same condition should be met on record what you define in assignment rule. 2.Please check it will be there.

Kiran Kumar Condition field of Assignment rule should be exactly same on your record to make assignment rule working. Please check the same
