    Hello There, i created same assignment rule but its not working...the task is not getting assigned to individual person

    Exactly what im looking for an application, so you have to save it first. Why not autopopulate the assignment group when selecting the Category wherein you already defined it.

    we dont have assigment rules in our SN, i wish it was there. any alternative please suggest?

      Ideally it should be there, if not you can raise a HI Ticket with ServiceNow

    I appreciate u for helping us to learn service now...i got 2 doubt whole practicing the assignment rules...Those are
    1.while I try to run the category without the use of subcategory in the conditions the assignment rule seems not working..I mean the assignment group value is not been set..
    2.While I am trying to create a workflow on sc_request table..I am unable to find the catalog task activity in the core module in the workflow..

      Kiran Kumar 1. For assignment rule to work exact same condition should be met on record what you define in assignment rule.
      2.Please check it will be there.

      Kiran Kumar Condition field of Assignment rule should be exactly same on your record to make assignment rule working. Please check the same
