    This is very good instruction. I learned Tai Chi in college, practiced it consistently then and achieved the best health of my life from it. In fact, I feel sure it saved my life. I recovered fully from a serious car wreck though I suffered crushed vertebrae and a broken arm. But over the last 50 years, life got in the way of continuing the exercise. Now, after just the first video, I feel better remembering how strong this made me in my youth. I remember how hard it was, even at age 20, to do the proper movements. I will take time to retrain my muscles now all these years later.

    Master Pei, thank you so much for this video. I have used this video in my warmup for golf the last few years and attribute that to keeping strong and not injuring myself. When I lay off and do not go through the exercises, I feel guilty. It's a wonderful class and a wonderful way to start your day!

    I have 2 new knees and 1 shoulder plus both of my feet have been reconstructed. I can’t express enough how tight my body is.I tried this today and while my balance is poor, I noticed it got better as I went through the video! I appreciate your strong yet, soothing voice which helps me follow along better. I’m 67 and very over pain, lack of energy and tiredness. Thank you very much! Blessings upon you for sharing.

    Absolutely 💯 best instructor for learning to center and breathe. Extremely powerful becoming like water. The healing benefits 😌 ✨️ are incredible.
    This helps quiet the mind while shifting energy in the body and opening the flow of breathing. I'm in love, and it's my first day of learning.
    Thank you, Sir

    I just started reading the inner warrior by Bruce Lee. Mostly just his theories for now. At 54 I am a blank canvas. I was not even through my forward notes and I realized. Tai Chi is the foundation. JKD? not just yet set Master Lee. Thank you for this gift.

    Wow! This is wonderful. The instructions are very informative and very easy to follow. I am learning Tai Chi for the first time. It's a big transition from Taekwondo. My doctor recommended for me to transition to something a little less aggressive and easier on the joints since I am now in my fifties. I am starting from the beginning and am already enjoying it. Thank you, Christopher Pei!

    I have been following your Tai Chi videos on UA-cam, and I really appreciate the calm and relaxed way you teach. It makes it very easy to follow along and learn the exercises thoroughly.
    I noticed that you have a DVD from 2009, and I'm considering purchasing it. I was wondering if the content on the DVD is different or more comprehensive than what you already share on UA-cam? I'm very interested in deepening my Tai Chi practice with your guidance, so I would love to know if the DVD would be a useful supplement to what I've already learned from your videos.
    Thank you for everything you share, and I look forward to hearing from you😊

    Just got my CT scan report back due to my sciatica, I do have a bulging disc on my L4 and L5. This is all new to me though Ive never had any back issue at all. I find this warm up is so gentle and helpful, after a long flight and sleeping on inadequate floor mats, my back is acting up and I’m going to keep up with this warm up every morning! Thank you so much.

    • @BodyWisdomClasses
      @BodyWisdomClasses  3 роки тому +5

      Sorry about that. We are trying to figure out the best way to generate funds to make more videos. There is the subscription model or the ad model. We thought the ad model was more equitable since we don’t have to charge anyone wanting to get healthy. We understand that some people prefer the subscription model and apologize for the need for ads.
