* He was clearly provoked by the Maulana who had tricked, cheated, looted him and was threatening to usurp his land and take his daughters.
* Was there a written loan contract between the 2?
* Maulana was clearly running an extortion racket charging such high interest rates which were not clearly spelt out to the Pandit.
* Does the Quran allow lending of money & charging of interest? Is this not HALAL?
Why have Pandit's father & wife been jailed? It appears that they had nothing to do with the Maulana's death.
Try and get bail for all of them ASAP. They are not terrorists and they have little children who need their parents.
Also collect evidence from all the other similar victims of the Maulana to strengthen the case of the Pandit.

I feel very happy that Baba Ramdas has been organizing committee and funds to help the children and family of Panditji. We Hindus are being united. But I would like to suggest few things to Baba Ramdas- 1. Help only Hindus please. 2. Please do not think of the Muslim children. They have 10,000 Muslims to help them 3.
