This is the only channel that can hold my interest for 45 minutes straight and make me happy the whole time. Thanks Crafsman. Your positive energy and delivery keeps me inspired.
Yes! I use those holo nail powders in my molds all the time, they always turn out so nice. I just take an old fluffy eyeshadow brush and buff it in and it doesn't use much like that.
Big congratulations on the achievement crafsman! May not always comment but I do love your videos! Hope your crafts family Is doing well in these times. Stay safe my friend!
The day Crafsman started crafin is the day the world got just that much better. I just found your channel a few days ago, and I'm so happy I did! Congrats on 300,000 subscribers! Keep steady crafin Crafsman, keep steady crafin.

Hey Crafsman! I appreciate your videos in these strange days. Your calm delivery and smooth precision is relaxing to me right now. I want to try some of these projects. Thanks!
Congratulations on hitting 300k subs and your success. You bring such joy in the world and, in these troubling times, we could use all the joy we can muster. Stay safe and keep on steady craftin'.

The way you speak, mainly your dialect, sounds so familiar to me. I've been listening and trying to figure it out, then suddenly it occurred to me. A little Wynton Marsalis with a Bob Ross approach, but you are still doing your own thing, SteadybeingYou! Fantastic!
I don't think I'll ever be able to afford one of your figures which makes me sad. But I hope me watching these videos and commenting and liking is enough. Sorry if it isn't. Love the videos though. They are amazing.
I really like the original color settings... In the other one, while it looked pretty, the colors were "screaming" at me a bit, and the last thing I think of when I think of the crafsman is screaming :)
@@TheCrafsMan Yeah, the textural blacks of your normal color profile are nicer than the clamped blacks of the new one. And you can always boost the saturation a bit in post if you want the colors to pop a bit more.
Hey congrats on 300 craftsman but with everyone at home right now. you about to go through the roof thanks to your positiveness and inspiration. We love you Craftsman.
Hey Crafsman, folk art makes something called DRAGONFLY GLAZE, it's essentially the holographic powered mixed with mod podge. It might work well as a top coat for it. Works great for my projects.
Thanks for choosing to do the holographic powder idea. A coat of high gloss clear coat will help to enhance the effect. Also, congratulations on reaching 300,000 :)
The Holo powder woks even better when you rub it onto the sides of your mold. Use a makeup eyeshadow brush and buff it onto your mold before pouring resin in.
2:25 the way you use your camera mode I feel is very unique to your videos and they're already diy feel. I think you should continue using it. I feel like it's part of the foundation and character to your channel

I’ve been using holographic powder on my nails for a while and I can recommend uv resin and buffing the powder on with your finger or a silicone tool. After you’ve done that, coat it in a clear coat to make it shine. Just a little tip.
Mr. CrafsMan, you could have stretched that holographic powder if you used it like the nail technicians do: cast the figure, paint it with a non-sticky gel top coat, baked it under a uv lamp for 1 minute, rubbed that powder on it using a eyeshadow sponge applicator & then burnished with your gloved finger and finally put a final shiny top coat to seal and bake it for another minute to make it look really dynamic! If you use the powder like that it will last a long time!
I know this is a reply to an over-year-old video, but I was watching a bunch of your older stuff again and I just have to say, so many portions of so many of your videos are techniques and tips and tricks to fight off, in particular, bubbles that can appear during the process of casting figures. I just got this wild idea while watching this to suggest maybe someday taking a 'can't beat em, join em' approach and trying to make some kind of semi transparent figure that's full of bubbles on purpose, I feel like I've seen things like that around over the years and I think they look really cool, and I'd be truly fascinated to see how you'd handle and go about doing the very opposite of what you so badly usually try to do :P
Hey crafsman,, I’m feelin some pressure all holed up in a quarantine.!!, throw the switch for some of us feelin the pressure. Thanks brother and keep on
for powdered substances like the color or PearlX powders, try rubbing it on the inside of the mold instead of shaking it around. Rubbing it in will actually give the full effect. While the shaking method works great for glitter, it doesn't show off the powders true potential. Still a great video and congrats on 360k now!
The holographic powder-- I have a hint for you! If you use a very soft paint brush to buff in the powder into the mold before you pour resin, then the effect will be absolutely AMAZING!
Congrats on 300k my friend! I will be getting into silicone molds and resin casting soon for my channel as well. Though mine will be in replacing spoons for color testing lol Keep up the amazing work my friend!
Try to do a two color print of one of those molds, pouring in each leg hole in the mold a different color, I guess you can do orange and teal since you like it so much
I really like your new color pop, but I do appreciate the detailed shadows. But your work looks more eye catching and detailed up close with your new camera settings 🤷🏼♀️

What's your ebay link?
Are the Ebay items still up or are those auctions over?
Just so you know, holographic powder needs to be burnished on the mold to get the best effect. I love your channel!
Thank you. Making your subs happy in these desperate times!

That orange one looks delicious, like orange flavored candy. It sure would be neat to have one of your figures done as a chocolate or candy.
