According to this video JFK JR. was not even instrument-trained, meaning he did not know how to use a gyroscope, among other things. His money, his wealth, his financial ability to buy an expensive plane is what got him killed in the end.

My mom came home from new york when the news came and then she said fellow passengers where quite busy staring out their que then she ask whats the fuzz was all about and she hear that the lady guard said john kennedy jr had just pass by meaning their about to board their pipper saratoga plane, too bad that my mom doesn’t have a cam phone with her during that time otherwise it would be a great last souvenir shot of jfk jr!
