This is amazing. Machine broken and tried changing my flow meter but didn’t work. After searching for hours and no solutions, I was left with the prospect of spending a lot of money in trial and error fixing parts until I fixed it. This trick managed to diagnose the pump in seconds!! Have not seen any mention of this anywhere after days of scouring the web. Thank you!
just taken a look at the video for test mode on the esam 4000..all test functions work.. but when one cup is pressed the motor will not spin. in test mode it does.. motor as been swooped out.
Hi. Does your machine works or it is broken? please check maybe motor is in the top position and can't move upper. try at first 2cup button, motor will move down and after this will be possible to move up.
HI ! My de longhi tells me the red water sensor is flashing, as if there was no water...but instead the tank is full!! so it crashes. Do you know how to solve it? Thank you !
Hello, I have modle ESAM2600 and I did test mode, all fine. But I have problem when I press witch "on" ,nothing happen. Only 4 led light moving from "water > grounded > alarm > cleaning and descaling" repeat . So, how can I fix it? and how to reset ? Thank you very much.

Resolved my issue just moving up the stuck infuser. Amazing, thank you so much
