As a boy growing up in the 50’s we were often nude when playing outside, swimming and even playing basketball or soccer with friends. It was accepted and I enjoyed it immensely. It was accepted back then.
I had a friend who was 15 years older than I, he told me in the 50s, as boys, he and his chums often swam at 'naked beach' along the Don River in Toronto. Dear Terry has passed on 5 years ago now.
I wish I grew up in the 50s but I did visit an all male nude lake. There was a lot of incest but it ran deep in my family and I enjoyed most of the sex I had with my male relatives.
Yes, I fondly remember those days gone by. Hot summer days, picking up coke bottles turning them in, buying a pack of Winnie's, marsh mellows, a loaf of bread and going down to the creek, fishing, swimming naked it was a lot of fun, boys could be boys back then.

@@arthurhagen3826It's voluntary, because women who don't wear tchadors in Iran are in prison (or more), and in a lot of countries you can have serious problems if you go naked. It's also voluntary because from the first years of their life, women are told that if they are not veiled they are prostitutes, and we also teach our children that if they are naked, it's exhibitionnism, it's shameful to be naked etc. And it is inconscient in a large part. In cartoons etc. Teddy Bears go naked in the streets, but when they go swimming they wear swimsuits, and when they go to bed they wear pajamas. So, it becomes automatic. But if you take time to ask you why, you'll realize it has no utility at all, and it's not pleasant, it's much more nicer without.
