That's a bond you can't sever. He literally thinks you're his actual mommy since you fed him basically from birth, and took care of his every need. You're both so lucky.

Honestly it might have been a new mother dog who left him behind by being inexperienced. Again a fault of humans not to have her fixed but might have not been a throw away.
you'll get a very bad reception if you try to drop off you own dog's newborn puppies at a shelter.
@@hannahsinister Unlikely. Dogs occasionally don't care for puppies when they are only little when they have them. But usually mothers in the animal kingdom will do everything for their babies.

When you raised something from its infancy, there is a deep bond that is primal in its origin. It goes beyond just love.
What a precious little soul. He fits in perfectly with this couple and they are a family. I can't imagine what kind of awful human would simply dump this precious baby. In the end it all came to rights.
This happens all the time. Dog has puppies and owner cannot take care of them so they get rid of the babies in any way possible. It doesn't come out of malice, most of the time, just resource shortage.

It's horrible they do this with black dogs just like with black cats...why do people do that? It's kind of concerning that it sounds just like discrimination.
I don’t understand why people don’t like black dogs or cats. I actually prefer them. My favorite dog that I had was mostly black and with a little bit of white. He was an awesome dog in every way. What’s with the stigma against black animals? Do they look scary to them? It’s a curious question to me.
