This production line is customized for our Iraq customer. The three extruders all equipped with Walthmac gravimetric system, and ZK brand gear box. The machines are controlled by SIEMENS PLC control system. The extrusion capacity can be 600kg/h. Molds are made with Teflon painting, which makes the pipe shinny and smooth. The vacuum calibration system has two parts, the pre-vacuum and cooling part. Total length is 10 meters. This production line has three cooling tanks, because the extruders are all high speed machine, so the pipe need enough time to cooling. The haul-off machine uses INOVANCE servo motor to control the speed, and cutting machine are also made by following customer's requirements.
