When Hazbin Hotel's pilot first came out, I thought that it was perfect and terrifying that it seemed like sinners could die and supposedly poof out of existence at any time and I'm honestly a little disappointed that they're actually immortal unless killed by an angelic weapon. Like that's such a terrifying concept to me, you're a horrible person on earth and you get to hell and it's awful and painful but you have no way of knowing whether anything worse might come after it so you're always terrified of being too careless or simply being too weak in the face of other sinners. I thought that the yearly angelic purge was just mass bloodshed and carnage on a much larger and more efficient scale.
Honestly, the immortality of the sinners is actually more terrifying. Just because you can't die from being run over or stabbed or shot, doesn't make it any less painful. And just imagine how it is for demons who are eaten by other demons. Being conscious while you're digested and excreted out by another being sounds nothing short of horrifying.
@@cassie6146 Technically, they "die" but they just respawn. The demon was going "Im alive? IM ALIVE!" was killed during the extermination, and respawned, Only to be killed again. And its even worse for sinners that are killed with angelic weapons, since even then they arent completely killed. Their souls still exist, and become infused into hell. I would argue their immortality save for Extermination day is good for existential torture. You think about people fearing a worst afterlife, I'd argue they would be too hopeful for Oblivion. So, save for extermination day, Hell is being surrounded by the Worst of Earth, who have been enabled by Hell to continue being the worst they can be...increasing the overall misery in Hell.
@@wiilov Extermination is worse than that though. They dont cease to exist, they just become a part of hell. The eyes and mouths and other extremities that can be found around Hell are the result of sinners and demons being killed by holy weapons. The soul doesnt die, it just becomes a part of the collective. Maybe they no longer feel pain or anything, but if they do I'd say thats more horrifying than dealing with pimps and drug cartels.
I bet living in heaven the rules are more strict and tight end. Hoping to see more angels like archangels or seraph type in season 2. Figure they would be the alternative of hell overlord and princes.

Amazingly, there are 72 Angels of Kabbalah (The Royals of Heaven) Bet there are Seven Archangels above the Angels of Kabbalah (Opposite of the Seven Princes of Hell)
@@Mirartium736 Well if the show follows the model used by actual Christian angelology then Heaven is likely divided into Three Spheres the with a hierarchy of Seraphim (personal attendants of God), Cherubs (divine messengers), Thrones (Angelic princes and agents tasked with carrying out the will of God), Dominions (Angelic equivalent of Overlords), Archangels (angels tasked with looking over humanity), and regular mortal angels at the very bottom. Edit: Also something worth mentioning is that in the show Imps are implied to be related to Satan in some manner and be the direct counterparts to Imps. Something which is fitting as Satan is believed to have once been a Cherub before their fall from Grace.
Don't forget about Saints that are humans that becomed angels better than the other people , maybe we are not gonna see them in Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss but to know that they in Christianety are respected by angels because of their holy life in the time they lived on Earth and followed Jessus's word .

I've taken quite an interest in the way Hell's society is structured, more specifically (like many others) the hierarchy. I wonder if any Hellborn denizens with sufficient money and/or influence might try to rectify the whole "sinners above the Hellborn" thing, whether through politics, dirty money or forceful subjugation? It'd be interesting to see such a thing, as Striker's comments in Helluva Boss ep. 5 show us that the idea of Hellborn claiming a higher place in the hierarchy by force isn't a new one...
@@gabrielalbuquerque4352 Fair enough, but then again that might make them complacent; if a Hellborn _did_ try to supplant them, then no one would expect it, and that might to be to our hypothetical rebel/conquering tyrant's advantage...
Yeah I’ve been curious about this too and have been thinking quite a lot about it. I hope it’ll get explored (if it does, it’ll probably be in Hazbin Hotel)
Wonder if this principle is apply to heaven as well? I'm not surprised if cherubs are the equivalent of imps, then human angels(humans who aren't sinners) would rank higher. They may not be as populated as hell, but I imagine its just as ruthless when it comes with rank and authority.
I think imps can breed with other hellborn and gain mixed traits. But the result will always be an "imp". Thats why we imp that have wings like succubi or imps like Striker who shares the features of the shark demons
So I guess Earth media still makes its way down to Hell since Moxxie is a fan of Michael Crawford and has Phantom of the Opera memorabilia. Plus Mrs. Mayberry was aware of Martha being hailed as a hero, which only happened after her death.
Do you think all of Earth's media goes straight to Hell or at least some of it? Blitzø still doesn't know what insurance is and it seemed in the first episode, Moxxie didn't know what a universal remote was.
@@DeadmanRedux Maybe not all of it, but enough to give a general idea of what Earth is like. It could be that Earth media is more accessible to sinners since they originally came from there in the first place, but Blitzo not knowing about things like insurance does line up with his ignorant personality and there are times when Moxxie can be out of touch too.
@@cassie6146 I can see that. I just think that if Blitzø doesn't know what insurance is, than most likely the others don't know either. The same with Moxxie not knowing what a universal remote is. Someone once told me that the hellborn are more curious about Earth things than anyone else in Hell since they're born there.
I notice that the line between a Sinner and a True/Hellborn demon is kinda vague appearance-wise, which makes me wonder if the higherups who embody the different sins might have some influence over the forms they assume. For instance, Valentino looks quite similar to Asmodeus’ smaller form, which could reflect his more lustful nature. We also have the sharklike demons, possibly from the Envy Ring, who are quite similar in appearance to the mobster Sinners Angel Dust deals with in his prequel comic, which seems befitting. You also have the Imp-ish looking Sinners like Mrs. Mayberry and the wife-killer guy, who were both quite wrathful.
Personally I thought earth-born demons were supposed to be animal-based. Like, the worse the sin, the more animalistic the appearance. It made sense for Angel being a former mobster, but not Alastor who was a murdering cannibal. Vaggie being a moth was a complete shock! By episode 4 of Helluva Boss, I just tried to ignore it and stop asking questions. People always ask if she’s a furry, so you’d think she’d have that design aspect locked down.
Hell being described as rings comes from Dante's Inferno and lots Greek & Egyptian gods and heroes are mentioned. So if they keep to their source material its likely.
An idea for the rings vs circles of Hell- perhaps a ring of Hell such as Lust, can be the outer portion of a circle, where demons go to commit their lustful actions and what not, and where the top tier lust demons hang out. While the circle of lust can be a sub area with cities and what not where demons that have slight lustful motives, personalities, or whatever live. A ring can contain a circle, so perhaps there is a circle for limbo, a circle where sinners go when they die, but their sin isn’t grave, like a man not believing in god would go to limbo, he’s able to be saved or able to fall deeper into Hell. While there could also be a circle exclusive to Lucifer, one that is his own to rule over and can be his main office of sorts outside Pride
That doesn’t really check out since sinners can’t go to other rings, but we know the second circle is in the first ring with presumably the first ring as well.
In some versions Leviathan is female so maybe Vivziepop could use that to add another princess of Hell alongside Beelzebub. That and the fact that Beelzebub, who is male, is female in this show could mean that we can see some genderbent demons, e.g Belphegor.
@@lovelasnow I might be wrong, but I think Vivziepop said that there wouldn't be a purgatory, don't quote me on that though. That said, given that this has never been brought up in the show proper, she could change her mind. Though, if we assume that she'll follow Dante's Purgatorio for Purgatory as she did Dante's inferno for the seven hells, Charlie might not be running this alone, at least she might have some help. Like Hell, Purgatory is divided into 7 levels, each corresponding to the 7 deadly sins. Who knows, maybe Charlie can get the 7 princes of hell to help her run Purgatorio? I know this might sound outlandish, but note that some demons in general were either bastardization of deities of other religion, (e.g. Beelzebub being a perversion of the Canaanite god Baal) or weren't even demons in the Bible, (e.g. Leviathan simply being a great beast that exemplified God's omnipotence or Mammon simply being a word that meant money or material wealth). Heck, Lucifer is currently worshipped in Luciferianism as a savior, guardian, and instructor, who taught the values of self-worth, critical thinking and independence. Some even view Satan as an Antihero, he isn't evil in fact he punishes it. His "tempations" are actually trials. After all, his "name" its simply a title that meant "accuser". So he's basically playing bad cop for god. Purgatory might be a chance for Vivziepop to showcase a more benign side to them that hasn't been portrayed much in media. Besides some demonic help, Charlie might be able to take advantage of her angelic heritage. The antithesis of the 7 deadly sins are the 7 heavenly virtues, which do have angels stationed to each. These angels and their virtues are, in no particular order, Gabriel for diligence, Michael for charity, Cassiel for temperance, Azrael for temperance, Uriel for chastity, Raphael for humility and Ramiel for kindness. In addition, the fact that there is an angel of redemption (Raguel) and mercy (Zadkiel) meant that Charlie might have 2 co-managers. This is all purely headcanon though, just a fun little idea.
I think Charlie would be the one to make a purgatory if there isn't one and one gets made - a sort of middle-ground transitory place in hell. A ring just for rehab, in a sense, and the hotel will be transferred there for demons that want to ascend? A place, maybe, for angelic beings that are cast out of heaven, too. Or to redeem themselves and be allowed back into heaven. Probably just sinners, though natural-born denizens might get the opportunity, too? Moxxie at least should get the opportunity at least. He is way too sweet not to get at least a chance. And while I HIGHLY doubt he would take it, at least not without Millie and maybe Loona and Blitz, though I get the feeling Blitzo's road to ascension would be a loooong and difficult one and might not even work out in the end. He probably just wouldn't be able to accept the rules of Heaven very easily.
I just realized that Blitzø drove Stolas home after the last episode. Does that mean that he parked the van near the elevator that he took to the Lust Ring? And why didn’t Stolas just open a portal? And if the van is the company car (or the only car that they could afford), is it also reasonable to say that Millie and Moxie walked to the elevator or took a taxi?
I have a belief out of Assyria before you the way Blitz got his white scars and Fizz got his mechanical limbs is because there were in a fight together
Thank you everyone who liked my comment I didn't think the theory idea was very good at all or I just kind of thought it was true maybe cartoon universe will even use it for a theory video wannabe the dream
8:37 the super hero idea is out there but hey if it's true that'd be interesting in a world full of demons and angels it'd make sense from the pilots perspective that the humans wouldn't be surprised by demons probably thinking, "oh great; another super villain" which would open up even more questions!
I hear that she ended up going against it because of the over saturation of super heroes in movies and TV these days, which makes sense. but I don't even know if the original claim is true.
@@CartoonUniverse I'm surprised she didn't go the third route; religious miracles. Think about it; pastors that claim they can heal the blind, claim to cure x, passing wisdom, etc. Then on the other side you have the cultist trying to summon demons from the other side. She could've turned the super hero idea upside down on it's head instead of super heroes just humans that are beyond human in one way or another whether due to training (meditation) or other forms of religious practices to play on the religious aspect.
So far what we know of Hell in the Hazbin Hotel universe seems very interesting to begin with because in a twisted way it basically reflects the mortal realm. I wouldn’t say that Hell in the Hazbin Hotel has evil energy, definitely monster energy but have you forgotten that back in episode 1 Moxie was having trouble killing Martha and was worried of ruining a family only to find out that the mother was also a murderous psychopath as well as the rest of her family latter on in the episode and basically had to fight and kill just to survive, compared to our version or versions of hell that does harbor evil energy, Moxxie is still shown to have a very good heart despite being a natural born citizen of Hell, you won’t get an imp like that in our version of Hell
13:31 mammon cola also exists!! In one of the posters at loo loo land, there is a poster with robo fizz on a wine bottle that has the caption "mammon cola, made with real cocaine, its better than sex" so does this mean that each prince(ess) has their own liquor juice? Like how lucifer would probably have something of apple cider and ozzy having something of a fresh wine?
The Seven Kins of Sins probably has many businesses and investments. I will not be surprised if all fast food restaurants belong to Beelzebub (even in other rings)
@@CartoonUniverse Okay, first off, thanks for replying I love your videos :) second, sorry that was a mistake on my part. third, he looks freaking fantastic, I love his design
Theory I saw on the internet and would like to share and added to the theory: Alastors color pallet is quite dark compared to Charlie’s, Vaggies and Angles. Husk and Niffty were both shown summoned by Alastor in the pilot Husk and Niffty have bolder colors than Charlie, which might hinting that they have made contracts with Alastor.
I feel like any law enforcement in hell is mostly just for the natural born demons, where as I feel like they don't really care about what sinners do. My guess is that there isn't actually a law enforcement in Pentegram city. And honestly that would make sense considering things like fire and guns can't really kill sinners unless their angelic, and when they're angelic a death by the weapon is just called population control, but lower demons like imps can die so there is a need for those services.
I think Stolas lives in Sloth because he would rather be with an imp than his wife, like an ironic way to say that he would rather ignore his job to be with blitz. But that also sounds like Lust so idk.
Where did Viv say a third show would be about a demon living on earth? Also Sallie May is suppose to come back in season 2 do you think her abilities to hide bodies is a foreshadow to her joining i.m.p? I mean Blitzo offered Striker cause he had a bunch of new clients so he probably could use an extra hand. Also opportunity to give Millie more development?
only whispers of it exist on the wiki, very unconfirmed to me. I think Sallie Mae will be coming back, but they don't really need to hide bodies for their work.
The issue of death in hell seems to be kind of a mess. Who does Alastor and his cannibal friends eat? Neither human sinners nor royals, apparently, as they are very difficult to kill. I've about decided to accept the MST3K Mantra: "It's just a show; I should really just relax." Vivzie appears to have the same approach that Lauren Faust had to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: "We don't hammer logic too hard on this show."
When Sinners are killed in Hell they simple respawn for lack of a better word, in another part of the Pride Ring. But nonetheless leave behind a body every time one of them is killed.
What are you talking about? Lauren mapped out a whole universe that was very well thought of and she did her research incorporating all sorts of magical creatures from cultures all over the world. This show is relatively new and doesnt have the support of any major tv network but theyre doing an awesome job ALSO incorporating Demonology and Biblical references as well as other cultural backgrounds in their show. They're doinga great job. Perhaps you need to read more because the show is very well done.
I hope for a 3rd Hell show about the everyday earth born sinners and that each ep is of a different group of sinners who try to live and survive thier new life in hell with many unique design and personalities and even cameos from Hazbin and Helluva!
As much as I love the show, I genuinely don't understand why sinners are only allowed in the pride ring. Sure the plot of having overpopulation in hell is a fine one, but I feel like many people would die from other sins other than pride and don't understand why they'd be forced to stay in one ring. It makes you wonder that there must be a LOT of demons and different kinds in the other rings of hell.
Assuming that the show takes on a lot Christian theology, the refusal of repentance, and the rejection of God is prideful. In pop culture, Pride is the worst sin.
I think it might be a reference to Dante's Divine Comedy. The Pride Ring is made of multiple circle, the 9 circles specifically. The center of which is Lucifer, and each ring going outwards is different types of punishments
Perhaps it’s to give some form of safety to the lower level hellborn, as sinners can come just back from death and seem to be stronger than imps and hellhounds.
I know that Vivzie mentioned being a huge fan of Invader Zim. The creator of invader Zim (johnen vasquez) had a very gory adult comic book series called "johnny the homicidal maniac". There is a chapter in which the main character ends up in hell, and the joke is that "its exactly like earth only slightly more annoying". The way hell and heaven are portrayed in JTHM is extremely similar to how Vivzie imagined it and it wouldn't surprise me if she got inspired by it.
@@CartoonUniverse Yup, you could even go as far as to include Sir Pentius in that too since he was human and when we see him in Hazbin he's flying around in a giant flying machine firing lasers.
Now the real question is if the Greek and Roman deities are having any influence in the shows as they are a religion will hades have more influence in hell as most would expect or something else?
Well, beyond the fact that his symbolism offers up some FANTASTIC design choice opportunities, Stolas is largely depicted in demonology as a predominantly benevolent entity, with more emphasis on imparting knowledge than on tormenting humans, and is usually described as being approachable and even friendly or gentlemanly. If you were looking to build an emotional plotline focused on romantic entanglements involving a demon that's both incredibly powerful and at least somewhat relatable to human viewers, Stolas is about as good of a choice as you're likely to find in existing demonology.
You could have given your suggestions on the hellborn's species origin rings. From all the background characters where did their species came from ? And something very interesting is that there is actually mixed species ones (that may include Striker) and that's maybe why some Lust rings imps have wings, because they're part sucubs/incubus
@@CartoonUniverse No I meant the clowns, the sharks and the luminescent fish and jellyfish ones (the sharks and the clowns have the same eyes as Striker)
You do remember tho that the hell rings have elevators. So with that being said i think hell is yes somewhat like that model you had, but also the rings are held up by pillars so space under exists. This puts more sense to how Stolas say “when the hells collapse” in his “You will be okay” song.
one theory that I have is that the princess of gluttony, Beelzebub is 2 different people, maybe a couple, this is given light on account of moxxie's song in episode 7, when listening to the other example of how much moxxie loves millie, all examples seem to be separate, so having beelsebub as single person doesn't feel right with me, this is why I theorist that the princess of gluttony is Beelse alongside a prince/princess named Bub, maybe even a nickname.
It would be interesting if it looked like this: • Beelze-wife • Bub-husband • Baal-son • Berith-daughter For those who don't know: Baal is the first and most powerful Demon of Ars Goetia. Sometimes he is identified with Beelzebub (they have the same sigil), similarly with Beelzebub is identified with Berith (also with Ars Goetia), but it is known that Lucifer and Satan were also identified, and Vivzie made separate characters of them.
I find it kind of funny that Charlie in her song says at the end of the rainbow there is happiness and the skies of hell are like a rainbow so do you think the reason they cant go through the other rings of hell is because if they traveled far enough they would get out of hell
I don't know if this is an answerable question for say, but where do hellbourne go when they die? Are they just reincarnated or are they just wiped from existence?
I think there is some differences. Earth is bigger, Hell doesn't have insurance since Blitzø doesn't know what that is, Earth has more advanced technology, etc.
I think stolas lives in the wrath ring as blitzø dropped him home in his car. I feel like either stolas teleported them both to blitzøs car where it was parked at the elevator station or they caught the elevator to get to his car??
Thinking about the locations of the different rings, I believe instead of them being a wider area on the outsides of each ring, that they would rather be stacked on top of each other Almost like a building. Notice that in the most recent episode, that it shows the different rings of hell as if they were going up or down as well as numbers. ♥️😌
Actually that Imp from the lust ring in the Asmodeous episode is a succubus & imp hybrid demon, succubus have certain types of little wings in vivziepop's hellworld.
So, the seven rings: PRIDE RING -Lead by Lucifer (Leader of hell AND the Pride Sin) -Imp City -Pentagram City -Lulu Land (Lead by Lucifer) -Lucifer's family (Charlie, Lilith), Goetia, Overlords, Sinners, Hellborn, Imps, Hellhounds -Red sky & Floating pentagram -Sticks with the times (Modern) WRATH RING -Lead by Satan? (Wrath Sin) -Mineshafts -Railway system -Harvest moon festival every year -Cowboyish Hellborns, Imps, Hellhounds allowed but not really native -Red sky in the morning, yellow sky during day, orange sky in the evening -Western aesthetic GLUTTONY RING -Lead by Beelzebub (Gluttony Sin) -Hives (Like, how Beelzebub is the "Queen Bee") -Beelzejuice -Imps, Hellhounds -Yellow sky at day, pink sky at night -"Fun" aesthetic GREED RING -Lead by Mammon? (Greed Sin) -Loo Loo Land (Recently burnt down) -Notamafia Town -Ransom City -Corrupt Lawyer Hellborns, imps, hellhounds allowed but not native -Green sky at day (But that's just pollution), blue sky at night -Full of crime ENVY RING -Leader unknown -Never featured -Hellborn, imps, hellhounds? -Love potions? (Hinted at) SLOTH RING -Lead by Belphegor? (Sloth Sin) -Hospitals (Imps, hellhounds, hellborns, and princes all share) -Rehab -Imps, hellborns, hellhounds -Magenta sky -Peaceful(ish) LUST RING -Lead by Asmodeus (Lust Sin) -Ozzie's -Hellborns, imps, hellhounds -Blue sky -Full of horny demons
the envy ring is led by leviathan and, based on the demon itself, it’s probably premised on the sea or something, but i could be wrong because beelzebub is often depicted as “the lord of the flies” and the gluttony ring is bees the sky is probably purple based on the colors in the elevator display (lust is blue, envy is purple, sloth is pink, pride is red, wrath is yellow)
Is it just me or does anyone else want a Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss crossover episode or comic? I want to see how both casts of characters would interact with each other
Judging by thumbnail: Charlie: "Weeeell... * chuckles *" Blitzo: "Um.. I just run my business, sooo..." Alastor: "Let me introduce myself..." / * enters the chat *
I think it's safe to assume that Stolas lives in the Pride Ring due to one simple fact. Blitzø dropped Stolas off after their date in his van and didn't take his van down the elevator at the beginningof the night. So unless there's a way for Blitzø to move his van from ring to ring it's likely that Stolas lives in Pride.
Like Joshua said he brought it to the wrath ring. For all we know he drove to the hellevator. It probably transports the van a same way a boat can when you visit an island.
I love your explanations, thank you. The background music is somewhat distracting to me, but I'm pretty sensitive to sound. Still love it! Feeeeeed my obsession! 😁

@@andreinegoita7195 I actually could see saints as the alternative of what a sinner is. Which would make sense if vivziepop goes more into about heaven.
Yea but the sinners have much experiênce and also imortal
@@gabrielalbuquerque4352 Fair enough, but then again that might make them complacent; if a Hellborn _did_ try to supplant them, then no one would expect it, and that might to be to our hypothetical rebel/conquering tyrant's advantage...
Yeah I’ve been curious about this too and have been thinking quite a lot about it. I hope it’ll get explored (if it does, it’ll probably be in Hazbin Hotel)
@@Wanten-the-stormtrooper fair point but remember sinners are far more insane than imps and hellborns and every single Day have war

Makes sense; after all, there are at least 666 channels available to Hell, so there could well be Earth channels available!
Also I'm sure some theater nerds die too hehehe and they'd bring their memories down with them
Do you think all of Earth's media goes straight to Hell or at least some of it?
I always thought of hell as a place that had no laws and let people just (in a way) do whatever they please.
I mean, hell is suppoused to be a place of suffering...
I mean yeah but there is a type of society bound by something. I don’t think they mean laws as in literal ones.
Technically, hell's society is earth's society but with no laws.
The laws are whatever serve the princes and overlords purposes. (I presume)
Might makes right is the oldest Law
I wonder if Greek Mythology and Norse might get involved in the future
I mean Hell Hounds are in Greek so...
Idk I think that would just be cool lol
Guess we'll have to wait and see
Probably a chance of seeing Cerberus

That doesn’t really check out since sinners can’t go to other rings, but we know the second circle is in the first ring with presumably the first ring as well.
the world building in these shows is just some of the best i've ever seen
It's gonna make Charlie's goal of redemption even more hard and I hope we get a Purgatory also we get more female Hell Royals!
In some versions Leviathan is female so maybe Vivziepop could use that to add another princess of Hell alongside Beelzebub. That and the fact that Beelzebub, who is male, is female in this show could mean that we can see some genderbent demons, e.g Belphegor.
Am I the only one who thinks that if they create a purgatory in this show Charlie will be the one to manage it?
@@lovelasnow
I might be wrong, but I think Vivziepop said that there wouldn't be a purgatory, don't quote me on that though.
@@theawkwardpotato1973 doesn't moxxie kill people lol
I just realized that Blitzø drove Stolas home after the last episode. Does that mean that he parked the van near the elevator that he took to the Lust Ring? And why didn’t Stolas just open a portal? And if the van is the company car (or the only car that they could afford), is it also reasonable to say that Millie and Moxie walked to the elevator or took a taxi?
Maybe he just didn't want to teleport 🤷
Stolas wanted to just spend time with Blitzø, especially after that whole…incident. The car was small but being with Blitzø was all he wanted
@@luacs6174 welcome
Beelzebub at least has her own, going by Verosika's Beelzejuice. It's probably highly addictive since gluttony is all about overindulgence.
The Seven Kins of Sins probably has many businesses and investments. I will not be surprised if all fast food restaurants belong to Beelzebub (even in other rings)
I love how no one is touching upon the fact that DEEP CUT TURNED HIMSELF INTO AN IMP.
nah, this is my second or third time doing it, they've just seen him before ;/
@@CartoonUniverse Okay, first off, thanks for replying I love your videos :) second, sorry that was a mistake on my part. third, he looks freaking fantastic, I love his design
Theory I saw on the internet and would like to share and added to the theory:
Alastors color pallet is quite dark compared to Charlie’s, Vaggies and Angles. Husk and Niffty were both shown summoned by Alastor in the pilot Husk and Niffty have bolder colors than Charlie, which might hinting that they have made contracts with Alastor.
On my opinion the local where "a day in the after life" is set, is an circle of hell
Vox is my fav
@@CartoonUniverse Sallie may is confirmed to come back on the stream they had with her voice actor.
I doubt she's going to join the crew; maybe talk to her sister more? I highly doubt she'd be joining them.
Now that I read my commen5t it seems really random
The issue of death in hell seems to be kind of a mess. Who does Alastor and his cannibal friends eat? Neither human sinners nor royals, apparently, as they are very difficult to kill. I've about decided to accept the MST3K Mantra: "It's just a show; I should really just relax." Vivzie appears to have the same approach that Lauren Faust had to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: "We don't hammer logic too hard on this show."
I'm prettyyyyy sure the dead body could either be from an imp (any hellborn demons) OR the dead corpses of sinners that died by angelic weapons
When Sinners are killed in Hell they simple respawn for lack of a better word, in another part of the Pride Ring. But nonetheless leave behind a body every time one of them is killed.
I mean vivzie is still working on it
What are you talking about? Lauren mapped out a whole universe that was very well thought of and she did her research incorporating all sorts of magical creatures from cultures all over the world. This show is relatively new and doesnt have the support of any major tv network but theyre doing an awesome job ALSO incorporating Demonology and Biblical references as well as other cultural backgrounds in their show. They're doinga great job. Perhaps you need to read more because the show is very well done.
Imps having wings could be a reference to Dante's inferno , where the ring of lust carries sinners forever on fickle winds.
I hope for a 3rd Hell show about the everyday earth born sinners and that each ep is of a different group of sinners who try to live and survive thier new life in hell with many unique design and personalities and even cameos from Hazbin and Helluva!
Anthology!
That would be interesting
As much as I love the show, I genuinely don't understand why sinners are only allowed in the pride ring. Sure the plot of having overpopulation in hell is a fine one, but I feel like many people would die from other sins other than pride and don't understand why they'd be forced to stay in one ring. It makes you wonder that there must be a LOT of demons and different kinds in the other rings of hell.
Maybe it will be explained in the show I'm sure your not the fist one to ask that question and vivzie has an answer
The super hero thing might explain the super science thing going on, like the machine that Loopty Goopty made.
Yeah, that episode and the flashback in it gave me super hero vibes.
@@CartoonUniverse Yup, you could even go as far as to include Sir Pentius in that too since he was human and when we see him in Hazbin he's flying around in a giant flying machine firing lasers.
If heroes are a thing in hazbin , then I'd love to see a crossover between hello a boss/ hazbin and villainous.
Happy to digest some theory juice >:3
Now the real question is if the Greek and Roman deities are having any influence in the shows as they are a religion will hades have more influence in hell as most would expect or something else?
I want a spin off show in Lust Ring about Verosika's Crew and Asmodeus&Fizarolli relationship! 🤩😍💋💗

Do you know why Vivi used Stolas as a main character? Which other deamons from lesser keys would you like to see or think they will use?
I think she probably was doing research into demons and as we see with other characters, she likes the bird theme, so stolas was a good match.
@@CartoonUniverse apparently there is a deamon called andrealphus who can turn others into birds and is similar to stolas
I want see Astaroth, Purson, Paimon and Belial!
I say it in other videos but didn't mention it here, I imagine wrath is their ring of origin.
@@CartoonUniverse No I meant the clowns, the sharks and the luminescent fish and jellyfish ones
(the sharks and the clowns have the same eyes as Striker)
You do remember tho that the hell rings have elevators. So with that being said i think hell is yes somewhat like that model you had, but also the rings are held up by pillars so space under exists. This puts more sense to how Stolas say “when the hells collapse” in his “You will be okay” song.
To me, The Overlords are the bourgeois of hell, aka the mid-high class of hell,
I like your new look, Deepcut!
3:50 I just realised that’s the guy near the start of Hazbin Hotel.
Also, great video! I always watch your content for the lore of the show.
I believe the super hero looking demons could be supervillains and/or a former hero or very good natured person turned sinner
I wonder if there are primordials, beings that existed before lucifer, or something like that. Maybe Chronos might come in
honesty if this turns out to be what hell is really like I wouldn't be mad
one theory that I have is that the princess of gluttony, Beelzebub is 2 different people, maybe a couple, this is given light on account of moxxie's song in episode 7, when listening to the other example of how much moxxie loves millie, all examples seem to be separate, so having beelsebub as single person doesn't feel right with me, this is why I theorist that the princess of gluttony is Beelse alongside a prince/princess named Bub, maybe even a nickname.
It would be interesting if it looked like this:
• Beelze-wife
• Bub-husband
• Baal-son
• Berith-daughter
For those who don't know: Baal is the first and most powerful Demon of Ars Goetia. Sometimes he is identified with Beelzebub (they have the same sigil), similarly with Beelzebub is identified with Berith (also with Ars Goetia), but it is known that Lucifer and Satan were also identified, and Vivzie made separate characters of them.
Now I'm more interested in Hell's geography , someone should make a mapp about this subject !
I would be in love with a third show😳
Supposedly, it would take place on Earth but include a demon from Hell who is summoned up by them, or something to that effect.
Nahhh I'd love a 7th show also I just realised as writing this that Deepcut has used his impcut in this video

I think there is some differences. Earth is bigger, Hell doesn't have insurance since Blitzø doesn't know what that is, Earth has more advanced technology, etc.

-Ozzie's
-Hellborns, imps, hellhounds
-Blue sky
-Full of horny demons
HOW DOES THIS NOT HAVE LIKES- THANK YOU ✨✨
the envy ring is led by leviathan and, based on the demon itself, it’s probably premised on the sea or something, but i could be wrong because beelzebub is often depicted as “the lord of the flies” and the gluttony ring is bees
the sky is probably purple based on the colors in the elevator display (lust is blue, envy is purple, sloth is pink, pride is red, wrath is yellow)
Is it just me or does anyone else want a Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss crossover episode or comic? I want to see how both casts of characters would interact with each other
Judging by thumbnail:
Charlie: "Weeeell... * chuckles *"
Blitzo: "Um.. I just run my business, sooo..."
Alastor: "Let me introduce myself..." / * enters the chat *
7:28 in the mortal world, we got sweet home Alabama. In hell, they got sweet home wrath.
How do the sinners get the money to pat Blitz and them like when they just arrive like Goopy?
Mugging the next person you come across that’s weaker then you seems to always be an option given how chaotic the Pride ring is suggested to be.
Can't wait for more Helluva Boss
I would like to see a more comprehensive story driven show about heaven. Maybe a 4th, limited series (1 season) with 20 minute episodes. 🤷🏼♀️

imp deepcut is back!!
I feel like the sloth ring is home to sleep paralysis demons

YOUR CHARACTER LOOKS SO DANG ADORABLE ❣
I think it's safe to assume that Stolas lives in the Pride Ring due to one simple fact. Blitzø dropped Stolas off after their date in his van and didn't take his van down the elevator at the beginningof the night. So unless there's a way for Blitzø to move his van from ring to ring it's likely that Stolas lives in Pride.
He did manage to move it down to the wrath ring for the harvest festival though
Like Joshua said he brought it to the wrath ring. For all we know he drove to the hellevator. It probably transports the van a same way a boat can when you visit an island.
